My mechanic got Phil to contact me to arrange the pick up of my Toyota Rav 4. He came to my house and drove me so I could show him where my car was. He was friendly and courteous and even offered to drop me back home afterwards. Once the car was at the mechanic's, he texted me to say it had been delivered there safely. A very reliable and professional company. I would highly recommend.

Disgusting behaviour from this company, i have been harassed with messages all night, saturday 19.10.24 - if only i could add screen shots, this man or his daughter have been drunk all night messaging me none stop, after me ignoring and requesting for them to please leave me alone, this company is nothing but trouble all over them selling me a faulty car, i am a 19 year old girl being spammed with messages on a saturday night absolutely unbelievable, stay aware - seeing their reviews makes me think they are such a lovely helpful business, and i don’t understand why i’m receiving this sort of behaviour

Mercedes had sent over Recoveroo to pick up my car to bring to the body Shop. Phill came the next day and was very attentive and supportive of the situation with my car. My car was professionally mounted into his recovery truck and messaged me with photos to say my car has been delivered. I will use him privately if any issues occur in the future. 5/5 service from phill

Recovery is the best recovery service you could eever need they look after you they make sure you are kept in the loop if there's any problems, I would not use any other rescue company.
And the price they charge is very
reasonable.

First off. I just love the name and he does just what's on the box. Came to van on time kept me in the loop when he had a delay. Then took my van to my chosen destination. I pay a yearly subscription to the AA but maybe I should start paying it to Recoveroo in. Excellent service and value for money.

Whilst I didn't use Recoveroo, it was the customer service that most impressed me. They were going to recover my car and It unexpectedly started so I cancelled the recovery. They were so nice and professional I will definitely use them in the future.

First rate service. Arrived on-time for a tight schedule and clearly very experienced in the work required. Kind enough to give me a lift to the garage, too. Unsure how price compares to others, but service is exceptional so no reason to look elsewhere. That said, would be good if I didn't have another breakdown 😅

Had Phil scheduled for a pickup and i had a last minute change to pick up another car. he was able to pick up both cars within the same day and delivered them in pristine condition. he was quick and also very helpful to unload the cars where we needed them. he was not only professional but also went above and beyond his required actions to help us and we really appreciate his help

Recovered my vehicle after a pothole and national recovery service left me stranded on M25 with two flats. Great local knowledge, got me in with a mechanic within 45 mins.
Good communicator, cannot recommend enough.
