We had a great service, all the help and contact we needed. Mamoona (our account manger) was a breath of fresh air and very helpful. We will definitely use again in the future.

Very intuitive, great applicants and the pre-sifting of the applicants was a great help. I only got what I was looking for.

Through a 1month campaign with Recruitpedia for an urgent vacancy we were presented with 21 candidates. Using Recruitpedia worked well for us.

Recruitpedia have helped us find two good employees so overall they provide the service required. Unfortunately their online system is awful, you have to download every CV that come sin manually. When there are circa 100 this takes over an hour and there is no bulk download option! The system only shows 5 CV's per page and after each download it takes you back to page 1 so it literally took over an hour to download them all. If that didn't eat up enough of our time the account manager constantly emails for updates and feedback despite being asked not to. A good service in regards to the quality of candidates but an incredibly frustrating system.

This was my first time using Recruitpedia and I have been impressed with the service provided by Mamoona.

Mamoona was our personal adviser and she was helpful and approachable.
In terms of applications for the job I didn't feel fit the criteria, we was either presented with over qualified candidates or candidates that didn't really fit the role. We made contact with a number of candidates who didn't respond back or wasn't aware of the job. Having said that we did recruit for an outreach worker post so that was a bonus.

AVOID complete scam.
We brought a bronze package from them. Notified them we could not see the add on day 2 of going live. They said they will look into it.
We got several staff to search for the Job listings as if they were searching for a job, they couldn’t find it, not even when specifically searching on Indeed. We took screenshots of the searches and sent them over.

We asked them to check the area as again when we all search we could not see the jobs.

We asked for it to be investigated as we had more staff look for the job and none of us could find it!

We raised concerns over the placement of the add several times and were brushed off. Little to no effort was made to rectify the problem.

We received indeed CVs from several people who did not apply for the job, we believe these to have been taken from indeed and sent to us.

This was also communicated to recruitpedia and again we were brushed off.

The campaign was a complete scam. Communication was shocking and felt like being ignored. They got paid and could not care less about delivering the service purchased.

Further to this we had a credit on our account of £1000, we obviously would not use them again and requested a refund, this was bounced around with excuse after excuse, they refused to refund. When asked to have the managing directors details, we were told it was not a case for the MD and no details were given after several requests and making a formal complaint. They have since stopped communicating. And are still withholding our credit.

Avoid, complete scam, appalling customer service.

After a long search for the best channel to advertise for new hires, we finally found Recruitpedia.
Advertising on multiple platforms is costly and time consuming. Recruitpedia have taken all that hassle away and at a price we can afford.
Most importantly, we have had very successful recruiting drives since we found Recruitpedia.
Our personal account manager, Mamoona, has been so helpful and always in contact to make sure we are getting the best out of our package.
We are delighted with the service and can’t recommend Recruitpedia enough!

We advertised our private client solicitor role using the bronze package. Mamoona was our account manager and helped us along every step of the way and we successfully found a solicitor that met our criteria. Recruitpedia took away the stress of having to explore all different advertising avenues and we would highly recommend their services.

Nice and easy set up and no huge recruitment fees, applicants send their CV's directly to you and you can invite them for an interview or decline if not the correct person for the role. Staff were really attentive in filling the role

Overall, the service was reliable and cost effective. We are a small firm and have used other similar recruiters. The response to the advert far exceeded our expectations and we would recommend Recruitpedia to other firms.

I usually use another company. Recruitpedia's portal was more basic than theirs but was easy to use. I did not receive any job applicants from abroad which saved a lot of time. All in all I was happy and will use them again.

As a small family run business we could not afford the luxury of taking a high risk spending our recruitment budget on one job site. Recruitpedia have been fantastic and it made sense for us to spread our risk on many Job sites for one small fee with no contracts or time wasted. Thankyou!

This fools keep spamming us using a 'purchased' email distribution list (we know it was purchased as the email address they keep spamming is a legacy one). We DID NOT sign up for this list and have never heard of these muppets until now.

Not really very professional is it?
