Horrible experience
Horrible experience! I wish I never signed up. I didn't get anything in exchange for my investment and the customer service side was horrid as well.
First, they passed me around between different account managers then just stopped replying to me completely.
For a fraction of their price I got 4 times more hits with a simple LinkedIn or Indeed ad, this was definitely not worth the money!
The few candidates that I have received were not appropriate for the ad at all, many of them not being qualified or even living in the country when my ad clearly stated that's it's an office based role in London.
I feel scammed. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

As a business that is postively pushing through barriers through the current economic climate, via innovative recruitment solutions, excellent customer service, sophistacted in-house built technology and a dedicated team, we appreciate your feedback although feel it is unjust.
1. You went ahead with our Bronze Level package at £279. We have 4 package options and advice had been given as to benefits and limitations for each package based on your vacancy requirement, experience and salary requirements.
2. On the bronze level you are not allocated a dedicated key account manager, yet a total of 16 email replies were sent to you and further assistance was provided in allocating you a dedicated key account manager as a goodwill gesture. We were highly proactive with our communication.
3. You communicated from day 1 of your vacancy going live that you were not happy with the results, yet you received 12 candidates within 24 hours. Your total candidates received were 39 and the bronze package does not include filtering, yet we filter out candidates that are not UK based as complimentary.
4. You stated that you had lost your budget to advertise on another platform after day 2 of advertising and requested a refund within 3 days of your 30 day campaign being live, not providing recruitpedia with a fair chance based on your internal budget pressue which is highly unfair to us as a company.
5. We provided a further branded social media campaign for free via Instagram and linked in which received great traction of views. - Only provided on platinum package.
6. You were further provided with upgrade options to which you declined.

Amazing people, who have gone over and beyond for our company! it was completely hassle free and was always there when needed. Recruitment companies can be very pushy but these guys were like a breath of fresh air! the best thing is even when our campaign finished the C.VS are there for us to go back to for future purposes. :)

Very pleased with the experience
Very pleased with the experience - we received multiple applicants within days of the position being advertised. Most applicants matched our specifications for the job. Mamoona was great to work with as an account manager and kept in touch.
The only point for improvement is how the CV's can be printed from the portal but mentioned this to account manager and they are working to fix this.

Amazing experience
Great concept! Once my job was live I asked for a snapshot of where my job was being advertised. They literally posted it everywhere! I’ve been using one or two job boards for my recruitment but now see that there is a wider range of candidates out there! Hired a head chef in 2 weeks which i was struggling with for over 2 months!

Very impressed with the service - it was friendly, quick and easy, inexpensive, and most importantly, we got the candidates we needed.
The online portal for managing applicants was easy to use and quite comprehensive. And even after the adverts have expired, I still have access to the CVs and information, so I can check back in whenever I want to.
