Finally something that is so easy to do you don’t even have to leave the house!!! Gone are the days of parking the car, lugging your donation to the shop for them to tell you they aren’t accepting any donations!!! Just a few details needed on line and your pick up is booked. You don’t even have to see anyone if you don’t want to. You just select the collection option ‘leave by the front door’ and that is it! They’ll pick up your donation and pop a leaflet through your door thanking you. Simples!

Came on day I had booked,great service,took 7 bags for Salvation Army for me,will use again without any hesitation

Great service. Booked a collection day then given a 2 hour time slot the day before. Nice gentleman picked up the bags, I had about 15 bin bags to donate.

Such an easy and efficient way to recycle. App is super easy to use even for a dinosaur like me!! Time slot for collection met you just need to leave your goods outside. Will definitely use again.

Brilliant service. Received confirmation email, another email night before to let me know a 2 hr time slot and then another email letting me know when they were 20 mins away.
Really easy and straightforward. Meant I had more time to do other things. Definitely be using them again

I highly recommend this service. Very good communication regarding pick-up. I received a reminder the day before and then an update when the driver was on his way with a more precise pick-up time. I chose to leave my items outside as I was not sure that I would be in. It's great to know that my items will be re-used, if possible, supporting my chosen charity. If not, they will be responsibly recycled.

I find it difficult to get to a recycling centre and this was so easy. I left the bags outside and they were collected on time and a thank you note put through the door. I will definitely use them again, thank you

First time using this service and very impressed. Driver was really nice and I could track him as i didn't want to leave the bags outside. Saves going to a charity shop. Will definitely use this service again!

Easy to arrange, good communication, on time and friendly drivers.

It was not difficult to complete form online as it is my first time, I set a date for collection and have been informed before collection and I could track the driver's whereabout, not long ago he collected the bags and left a note in my mailbox

So easy to use and communication brilliant. This is the second time I have use Recycle/Kind and I won't hesitate to use them again
The guys that pick up are polite and helpful and you feel you've made a difference instead of everything going to landfill.
Like the leaflet says everything is given a second life.

What a great company. Easy to arrange collection. Prompt collection. I don't know if the money does goes to your chosen charity as I can't see how you can follow that. However I can't fault them.

What a great service! I was keep in the loop and was able to track the driver on the day. I’m super impressed and will be going through my cupboards again to donate more.
