As this is one of the products we do not hold large amounts of in our warehouse, we do state the delivery time as 'within 3 weeks' and further states in the delivery information 'This item is stocked outside of our warehouse in a European Central Distribution Centre and will usually be delivered within 1 week of order to a mainland UK address'. We state these longer delivery times as we cannot always guarantee an exact delivery time on orders we don't dispatch ourselves.
Where possible we will try to get these items shipped out next day and all customers will receive a dispatch notification via their e-mail.
Apologies if this caused an inconvenience and I hope that your order reached you safely.

Due to the fragile nature of some of our products, we choose to use a product called Greenlight Bio which is a 100% recyclable brand of packaging wrap to ensure our products arrive with no damage whilst still being as eco-friendly as possible.
The material used is a minimum of 50% recycled material in place of virgin plastics and is certified to completely biodegrade leaving only biomass and water that can be removed and recycled back into nature.

I can see that you contacted us on the 20th November about your bin splitting and we responded to your original e-mail but we did miss your follow up. This was due to genuine human error on our part and we apologise for this.
As mentioned in our first e-mail response these bins are incredibly strong and robust, having withstood rigorous testing in our warehouse to ensure they are fit for purpose. We have attempted to replicate the bin falling out of your van in which you stated the damage happened and we have not experienced any issues nor any damage to the bin.
We have now responded to you personally via e-mail to address this matter.
