Great Customer Service
We ordered some recycling bins from the website which was really easy to use - we were kept up to date re the delivery. When the lead time ended up being more than we wanted to wait, the company suggested alternatives - the ones we went for cost more than the originals but the company said we did not have to pay the difference - great customer service

I contacted recyclingbins.co.uk as their stickers looked exactly like what I needed for my kitchen bins to help my 6 year old recycle and make things clearer for him. We live in the Highland and our mixed recycling is plastics, metals and cartons but they only had bilingual sticker (Welsh and English) and I really wanted it in English only. They were very reactive and allowed me to customs made one in the colour of my outside bin so it was all colour coded! I also bought the general waste and paper and card stickers.
The stickers look so good and professional and my wee man enjoys taking responsibility for recycling now that he knows where everything goes.
I have already recommended them to my my friends.

Great Service
I recently ordered twenty two recycling bins and despite the high demand Recycling Bins were under at the time they processed my order quickly and answered my query within a couple of days. When I had to reach out due to two items being damaged in transit I received a response and resolution within the hour! The quality of the products is great and exactly what I ordered. Would definitely use Recycling Bins again.

Website still stated next day delivery - AFTER placing order there was a short not about some delays due to Simpler Recycling legislation but then received an email advising 2-3 weeks delivery time. You would think that with the deadline approaching some action would have been taken to prepare but no....

We have made every effort to communicate the delays in delivery times that we've been experiencing including a pop-up message on our homepage that has to be closed to continue browsing the sight.
On a lot of our product pages there is a delivery information box which has our regular shipping conditions on and as this has to be manually changed for every individual product we have not managed to update all of them but by creating a pop-up on the homepage we hoped this would provide the most clarity on the matter.

The customer service was excellent. I had unwittingly ordered a food waste bin without the lid cover and after reaching out to Recycling Bins received the lift bin cover without any fuss and more astonishing was told no payment needed.
All of the agents I had spoken with were helpful and professional but JON in particular was outstanding.

At the moment we have on average 100-200 orders leaving our warehouse every day and on occasions the couriers are not able to process these deliveries immediately so it has led to some delays and uncertainty on exact delivery dates.

I'm sorry to hear that some of the bins you ordered arrived damaged, we make every effort in our warehouse to ensure that all bins are packaged safely to avoid any breakages during transit however this can still happen.
I have tried looking for any correspondence from yourself but I could not see anything in our emails. If you could send us pictures of the products when you received them then we can organise replacements to be sent out.

Really please with these recycle bins. They are great quality, not flimsy, sturdy when stacked. Makes my life easier now we’ve started the new recycling regime. Worth the money, delivery was hassle free and I was kept updated.
