Do not use they gave me a date so took a day off work waited all day ,had to phone them at 4.30 as they not turned up.then told the truck broke down ,so a day wasted .they say if they turn up and unable to collect because of you they charge you£50 but they don’t give it to you if they don’t turn up.they turned ups week later said money in my account in 2 working days I have now waited 5 and still no money.next step is to phone them if no money I will ask for my van back or report it stolen to the police I am that fed up with them

My car was collected at 7am Thursday 21/12. At 3pm I phoned to ask why I hadn't received the payment, They said all payments are processed at 5:30pm. It never arrived. The following morning I asked for payment again. Again I was told 5:30 Friday. On Saturday they still have not paid, I am reporting the car as stolen at this point. Thieves and liars masquerading as an eco friendly charity. AVOID.

My vehicle was picked up the Wednesday before Christmas. I was told by agent that payment would be within 2 days and I received an email confirming that. My money didn't arrive. I phoned and was told 2-3 working days. Because of the holiday and the weekend it would be at least a week before I received a payment. Lies are unacceptable and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Great communications, nice bloke, called Sean. Explained how to scap car with dvla. Quick and easy.

This is the second time I've used this Company/scrap car network and again I've given them 5 star rating. I needed a C.O.D. to qualify for the TFL scrappage scheme but TFL had limited me to 14 days to start and complete the entire process. I spoke with Chris and Martin at Recycling Lives and they pulled out all the stops and completed the entire process in 11 days. The collection driver was on time and very efficient and friendly. The vehicle was collected about 1 o/c and the money was transferred to my account the same day. I
cannot fault this Company . Unfortunately TFL do not work to the same standard - I started my application with them in August and I still haven't been paid ..........

Ian S came for my Subaru today top bloke when the extra mile no clue how u got him for the money the first guy came in a blue truck he was a rude arrogant wetwipe with a chip on his shoulder and took one look and couldn’t care less but today Ian has gone the extra mile 👍

Very smooth in terms of arranging collection/agreeing price to scrap my old car. Sean who collected my car very polite, professional, courteous. Took the time for me to "call the office" just to make sure they had my bank details correct. Also confirmed with the office he had collected the car. Slight misunderstanding, as was informed by Sean that my payment money should be in "by the end of the day" (Monday 6th November 2023). As was an "Earrly collection" (about 1.30pm). Money didn't go in. Confirmed that it was actually within 48 hours when rang them to check today (7th November 2023). But did confirm was all in place, ready to.go. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5.Would give 4.5 stars if able to. But money received, all good. Would definitely recommend.

I had Sean come collect my car today. Very friendly. He walked me through everything that needed to be done. Plus I give myself 5stars for using a winch for the first time 😂. Thanks again Sean 🙂

From start to finish the staff have been amazing. They have kept in contact with me and answered any questions. The driver (Sean) has kept me updated on times of collection of the vehicle. Was polite and explained what was happening with regards to the vehicle.
Would highly recommend this company.
