Becki from ADG Vehicle Transport has collected my car today. She is a credit to her company. Very pleasant and polite and actually got the car moving, which was a miracle in itself. She explained the next steps thoroughly. All over in a few minutes, I was very impressed with her professionalism.

Great company quick and easy to collect and arrange a time with also one of the best prices I found for my non runner.

I used to work along side recycling lives as a sub-contracted driver myself and there must have been at least 20 other sub-contracted companies i know of when i did it. I have read alot of these trust pilot reviews and see it's all about Becky and Sean. I think its time they give it a rest and stop writing their own reviews! Becky and Sean from ADG. The essays they write are embarrassing and clearly obvious!!

Sean came to collect my vehicle today and it was an arduous time due to all of my tires being punctured by a disgruntled ex of my partners. The bed on the truck was wet as well so the vehicle kept slipping off the ramps. Although fair play he wrangled with it for nearly an hour and managed to get it (finally) on the back. Top bloke!

This is a great service. Load your details online and an immediate cash offer given. Slightly less than another offer I had received, but a more local service and I remember "Recycling Lives" from when they started way back and I was happy to support them. Anyway, offer accepted.
Good email communication and when I had a small query the phone number (yes, they have one and real people) was answered almost immediately and the lady was very helpful.
On the day of collection the pick-up was smooth with no problems (they initially collected the keys and the paperwork, leaving the car for later in the day) and the money was received to my bank account before the car had left the street.

Great company with a clear and simple to use website. It was very easy to arrange collection of my vehicle online and I was able to select a day to suit me. Sean the pick up driver phoned to update me on specific collection time on the day and was very pleasant and helpful . Thanks to him , the transaction was quick and easy , he gave excellent advice on how to complete formalities with dvla and the payment was made to my account within 48 hours . (Also, their price was the best offer I had been given for my car ! )

The experience with Recycling lives have been good. The car collection and the process have been really smooth. Thanks to the pickup person Sean for explaining the process and doing this so quick.

Everything was sorted out very quickly online and the next working day Sean picked up my vehicle. Service was polite, courteous, quick and I was given all the information I needed. As far as I'm aware the payment to my account will be sent the same day so all in all very good service.

I am quite amazed at the professionalism of this company, team, website, everything. They gave us the absolute highest valuation of our vehicle; their website was a pleasure to use; booking was easy and all information was available and clear; I called the customer team with some questions and spoke to lovely, competent staff; the collection was smooth (quite late but we understand this is acceptable in the circumstances); and payment arrived promptly and exactly as per the online quote.

Highly recommended. You can trust this company. We were quite wary initially, mostly because of the high valuation/quote, but everything happened as clockwork and we thank the team.
