We had to scrape 2 old cars. The communication with M25 Vehicle Services Ltd was excellent as we live 200 miles away, that was important. They kept us informed and the driver Becky was brilliant, rang to confirm detail, right on time and did a very professional job. We could not ask for anything better.

Becky was professional, personable and extremely efficient. She gave us advance warning of the ETA, filled in the forms and unloaded the car in no time at all. Would unreservedly recommend her.

Awesome service from start to finish. I tried some other firms, who were unreliable and let me down, before I discovered Recycling Lives. This is a customer first service. You get a great price for your car. You pick your date (with an am or pm option too), then just sit back. The comms are timely and informative. Sean the pick up driver gave plenty of notice of arrival (including updates along the way). He was extremely professional and polite and told me the best way to fill in the gov.uk form online. All worked perfectly. Paid quickly into my bank account and received confirmation of change of ownership from the DVLA a couple of weeks later. Very happy and would recommend!
