I have been a customer of Red23 for a few months now and regret not having come across this online shop earlier. They stock most of my favourite products that are very difficult to get hold of otherwise in the UK and they have great prices, amazing offers of great-value packages! I can highly recommend Red23. My questions and requests get answered super quick after I send them and the customer service team is always extremely responsive. They have helped me out on a number of occasions already, big praise to the team! A massive thank you for the super quick dispatch of my urgently needed products this morning, that really was lightning speed! I can wholeheartedly recommend this company. My favourite picks: EVERYTHING from Body Ecology Diet, Ezyprotein powders and the stevia is amazing value for money, the list goes on! The raw cheeses are delicious! Everything I ordered arrived very fast, was very well packed and of excellent quality. Very grateful!

Good products and always had a reliable service from them

I've been a customer of Red 23 for a long time. They first came to my attention years ago as one of the few (if not only) places in the UK to offer raw dairy, fermented foods and Body Ecology and Dr. Mercola products.
Their delivery is very quick and they respond to enquiries with great efficiency.
It's also worth subscribing to their weekly newsletter as it advises of product sales and I have definitely saved money that way.
Would highly recommend and I will definitely be a customer for as long as I am able!

I discovered red23 years ago when I was looking for a place where I could buy Dr. Mercola's products in the UK. Since then I've ordered from them regularly, not only Mercola's products but also many other items.
They are a great company to deal with: just no-nonsense, down to earth good old-fashioned excellent service, Orders are dealt with very quickly and my items are packed with care. When I place an order I can count on when my delivery will arrive as they email me when it is dispatched, which makes it very easy for me.
Also, the website is clear and clean with lots of information about the products which is hugely helpful.
Altogether, it's a joy to shop with red23!

Very good variety of raw organic items...not always in stock when you want some things, but I've found them to be of very good quality all the products!

We found exactly what we wanted at Red 23 . Fermented Cod Liver Oil , Blue Ice by Green Pastures. It's recommenden by Sally Fallon for those who want to follow traditional food lifestyles and stay healthy. Great service too as the product arrived the day after I ordered.

What a great variety of fantastic products

One of the few places that I can buy fermented cod liver oil and vitamin rich butter fat in bulk. Fast delivery and wonderful customer service.

I bought here supplements regularly for more than one year and I have the best experience with this online shop including communication, fast delivery and their customer approach. I belive that their offer of healthy food and supplements is the widest through european online shops and it´s great that they are able to send the goods abroad too. I can highly recommend this online shop!

Red23 has Dr Mercola's quality products & other American items such as Xtrema non-toxic cookware available for purchasing in the U.K, at a great price too. I am glad that red23 exists because it would be difficult & expensive to buy these quality U.S.A imports otherwise.

Red23 offers a huge variety of products and make products available for European customers that you could only get in the USA before. The delivery is fast and the shipping costs are reasonable.

I was recommended red23 by my nutritionist to find what I used to think of as 'unusual' ingredients. The website was very easy to use, had in stock exactly what I was looking for and to my delight got it to me the next day even though my order was placed late afternoon. Further to this I live in Cumbria in the north west of England where half of the time not even huge high street retailers manage to deliver next day delivery even if paid extra for and ordered before lunch time.
Very impressed and would recommend, I'll definitely be shopping here again!

Wonderful array of foods unavailable at a local level.

I have been buying Vital Whey from Red23 for years now. Sometimes I buy online but sometimes just call them as it's quick and easy too. There is often an offer so sometimes I will stock up or, like today, just buy one to top up my supply as I have just been emailed their latest offer.

It is hopeless trying to get in touch and communicate with this company.
Below you can see concrete examples of hardly any responsiveness. I have been trying to receive the package I paid for on Dec 21st 20014. Today is Jan 28th 2015.

The local Post confirms that they have not received the package. Since you are the sender, please start the complaint with royal mail , they in turn send the request to xxxxx in order to find it. xxxx post replays with confirmation from their side. It is the only way. If you do not want to start the process, you should return the money paid.
