Best boots on the market... all the family wear them. For farm work, equestrian and casual wear. Can't beat them for comfort and style.

Comfortable boots. Essential when working around horses.

These are simply the best boots I've ever had. I was reccomended them by a farmer friend. I bought a yard pair in 2020. They are like orthopedic boots. I bought two more yard pairs to go out in. Told my farrier friend. He scoffed then bought some. Loved them. He told his builder friends. Now we all have them. Literally the most comfortable boots. Amazing cushioned sole. Buy some. You will not regret it. You will keep buying them.
Literally two left boots, discussed with the uk supplier, a replacement pair was sent, same issue, as if a left side upper was fitted to a right side sole, these were again returned FAO of the manager by recorded delivery with signature, confirmed receipt via Royal Mail tracking, nothing no contact, chased them via emails and then phone calls so many times I lost count, then called and asked for someone else besides the manager, promised to pass the message on and get him to call me back, nothing, tried several times again and eventually gave up, so I lost the costs of the boots entirely and never heard back from them, so my opinion on the boots and the uk customer care is utter rubbish unless you want to walk sideways, to the left with the examples I had. To be transparent the contact /manager I had for searching back through emails was “Gavin”. Ok thanks for your reply this time, however you didn’t reply before or confirm where or what happened to the boots that I did return, but you have now once a review has been posted, very funny…… you will type a reply but don’t have the guts to take a call or return it, yes I was dealing health issues hence the delay in dealing with returning the boots, maybe if you ever have that misfortune you might understand. Bought mine a year ago and they are still in incredibly good nick. Comfortable from the first time I put them on and they keep my feet dry

I’m a gardener and I had one pair of safety boots that lasted me a year. I got a replacement pair and within a month the stitching on the right boot where the elastic meets the leather came loose and fell open.
I had recommended the boots to my dad too, who is also a professional gardener. The same thing happened to his, but within the first few wears! He told Redback, sent pictures and even the serial number of his shoes etc.
they refused to replace or refund the boots, saying they looked like they had been worn. Which he hadn’t denied! But after a few wears!? It felt like they thought he rebought a pair and were trying to say he was sending the old pair back? So confusing. Let down by the company, but we let it go. Then I got an email asking if I had any feedback. lol.

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews for Redback Boots! I ordered one pair which arrived very quickly and they're so comfortable! I've had them a for a couple of years now, and have since added two other colours as they are the comfiest footwear I've owned! I must say though that the 'crazyhorse' suede style leather boots are not as comfy as the black or brown smooth leather variants. (I didn't purchase the crazy horse ones from redbackboots direct, they were a gift.)

Had the soft toe Crazy Horse suede coming up 3 years.
Excellent fit and can take a pasting. Bought a second pair Redbacks as so comfortable. Excellent shipping. Cannot review customer service as I have had no need to do so.

I’m on my second pair of soft toe Redbacks. I wear them every day. Comfy, very comfy. I buy replacement insoles as I wear the boots every day, getting the new insoles feels like new boots.
I’ve worn redback boots on the farm for years and never had an issue they are awesome, super comfortable and honestly my personal opinion the best work boots I’ve had.

After reading all the other low star reviews on redback boots im actually amazed how they've had such a bad experience???
I bought the Redback Boots | Soft Toe UNPU in may 2021 and they are STILL going strong, still fit great, still look great and I'm somehow still on the original REMOVEABLE internal sole ?! Absolute weapon of a boot! I've used it for hikes and general dog walks for 3/4 of the year in crappy UK weather!
The price is steep but for the amount of use you can get out of them it's well worth it and I'd buy again , if I ever need to? The REMOVEABLE sole is starting to perish on them so I will just buy a new set and send it..

I bought Redbacks a couple of years ago after wearing blunnies for a few years. I have a low instep and found blunnies uncomfortable after wearing for a few hours.
I've worn the Redbacks loads.
Polished up for going out or with a dress. For dog walking in all weathers and for the last 8 months I've worn them literally every day whilst we've been living on a building site as our house is being renovated.
I've been clambering over rubble, sand etc and now wear them whilst decorating. I know the paint splats will scratch off with a fingernail or cover with polish when I want to go out in them again.
And best of all they support my feet and are really comfortable.
The soles by the way are still great!

I've had my redbacks for a year now. Extremely comfortable and keep their shape. I've read the other reviews regarding the soles. I've not experienced this yet so fingers crossed I've got a good pair of boots. Only reservation is the price. In my experience good boots but not worth the high price.

Genuinely best boots I've ever had! I've got the steel toe capped black Chelsea boots. Have had the for a year now as my every day wear and the tread is good as new!

I bought my boots in Spring 2022 and have worn them almost every day since. They've been with me through 4 lambings, horseriding, cattle sheds, vet school practicals and many a night out. They've always been my go-to and my fiancé is also a fan after buying his own pair - we'll be repurchasing as long as we have feet to put boots on :)
P.S. Also had a fab experience with customer service when I purchased steeled toes by accident - had both the original and corrected orders within 24 hours - very impressed.
