Gives property management a bad name, over manages to over charge. We are a property professionals with over 300 units and would recommend you have nothing to do with Redbrick. If you are over pricing and not listening to the tenants, of the units you manage it will always end badly. Really happy to be contacted for feedback but I would steer clear and go down the RTM route. Do your research.

I used to live in a flat which was, unfortunately, managed by Redbrick Property Management. They do a very poor job of managing the property.
Things have been let go on for too long and their responses to any complaints are laughable. The Managing Director is no help either.
I wouldn't recommend anyone using them to manage their property as it will only end in stress, frustration and tears.

This is the company's 5th name. Last change was from Amber Management (Property Services) Ltd.
Since taking over management of the development I live on I, and others, feel maintenance standards and handling have been consistently poor. They use companies local to them and not to us which adds to costs. Cleaning is intermittent to say the least. Only a quick, poor vacuuming. Leaving the stair nosing (edges) filthy and cobwebs everywhere. Window cleaning leaves dirt from the water. When I was a Director of the company that appoints the maintenance company and approves large expenditures they changed their name from Amber and became a new company. I said they needed to reapply to be our maintenance company as they were no longer the comp we appointed. They call a meeting behind my back and voted me off as Director. Ever since they seem to do whatever they want and poorly.
Today they have declared a major roof failure on a block and are going to hire scaffolding to inspect which is very costly. But in their reply to my enquiry for more detail it seems the issue is with some roofing felt which we feel should be able to be dealt with from inside. If there's a hard, expensive way to do a job they seem to take it. We owners are looking to call an AGM, which we have not had one of since I was removed, to deal with this company. I do not recommend this company.
