I contacted Redbridge and Sons about an EV charger installation. They responded quickly, answered all my questions, took care of notifying the DNO and gave a fair price so I booked the installation.
The two engineers turned up when they said they were going to, cracked on with the work quickly and quietly and were really friendly and polite throughout. They even set up the app for me and left the place neat and tidy.
I'd definitely use them again.

Been using Redbridge a few times now for some work in our Business premises, always had an excellent experience with them. They’ve been so reactive and have been able to sort issues out in a very timely manner which is the most important for us. Thank you again.

Redbridge have been great. Good at comunicating. Very responsive when we got in touch. Reasonably priced battery and PV system. Clean efficient work delivered in a timely maner, with good office support. Would definitely recomend them!

From start to finish, this has been a very professional experience. The quote was much cheaper than another company's, and with the excellent comments on Trustpilot, we felt safe using Redbridge. The installation of 12 VP panels and a larger battery (9.5kWh) was completed within six hours, and it's already making a difference to our electricity usage - down from 8kWh in a morning to under 0.6, even using a washing machine!! Highly recommended!

Fantastic service from start to finish, every person we came in to contact with was helpful and professional. The team in the office (mostly Sophie!) kept us up to date and informed at every stage, and they were super flexible around other contractors we were working with to get the installation finished on time.

Sophie was absolutely awesome from start to finish. I had a very tight timescale. She listened to my requirements, took this on board and re-organised appointments booked to accommodate me. All the way through Sophie's communication was excellent. Would 100% recommend Sophie and RedBridge & Sons.

Exceptionally good level of service.
Throughout my dealings with them they were efficient and helpful.
I had to cancel an appointment due to COVID but it was rearranged without issue.
Subsequently the Electrician arrived on time on the day of the new appointment and carried out all the work in an efficient and professional manner.
Ben the Electrician was a credit to the company and Redbridge are a credit to the industry they are in.
I am more than happy to recommend and I will certainly not hesitate to return to them for any future work.

Informative, prompt, polite, professional service from enquiry to installation of solar panels and batteries. Particular thanks to Jason for survey visit; Sophie for liaison; scaffolders Nick, Adam & Steven; roofers Peter, John & Taylor; electricians Ben & Liam ~ especially as install a little more complex than at first sight! I would recommend Redbridge without hesitation. And now I am powered by the sun at last!

Replaced a faulty Tesla EV charger with a Zappi; successfully connected to the solar system. Just over a week between booking and installation whcih was fantastic. Outstanding service. Installer, Ben, was extremely professional.

I have had a PV and Battery system installed on my house. The team did a fantastic job on the roof and the electricians in the house, overall a first class installation & service from all involved . The system is in and working well and saving me money on my energy bills already. Would definitely recommend using Redbridge and there team and installing PV and battery, its fantastic. After getting several quotes for pv and battery, went with Redbridge down to the absolute transparency of the breakdown. Other companies were “ Well, we’ll do this and have some of those you’ll need that and that’ll be £??? Total professionalism from start to finish. Sophie handling the admin, Jason (and the lovely Jess) on the site visit the roofers installing ( sorry didn’t get your names boys) finished too fast! Jay, Leon and Harry on the electrics, all of them were courteous, polite and left the space probably tidier than it was before they started. Wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone considering having this done, why wouldn’t you with what’s going on energy wise!? Hats off to you all, extremely satisfied customer. Same warning as others have said though….. that app….. sooo addictive!!!

We’ve just finished the process of solar pans, and battery installation. The whole thing has been good from start to finish. Initial desktop survey and provisional plan completed quickly, then the on site survey and updated plan. All done swiftly and clearly.

Installation was simple to organise and the roofing and electrics teams that came were friendly and efficient. 15 panels and battery installed and connected in half a day.

Contact has always been good with Sophie and we would heartily recommend the company overall.

We have received excellent service from Redbridge and Sons and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a PV system installation.

From the initial contact with Sophie in the office, the professional and comprehensive site visit by Jason, the competitive quote and seamless install by a cracking team, we have been delighted with the results and with the wonderful service.

We received quotes from 4 companies in total (one very hard sell which was an uncomfortable experience) and of them all Redbridge made us feel that we were in safe hands. Highly recommended!
