I signed up with free stuff so got a lovely daint necklace free but there was a lovely tennis bracelet on the website so bought that to go with the necklace, they both arrived together really quickly, lovely presentation box and pouch. Will definitely be buying from them in the future.

I received a free pair of earrings and I purchased a necklace which I am very pleased with. It is exactly as shown on the web page and good quality. I did have problems with the delivery but it was the post office who lost the items for a little while and then turned up miraculously. My email contact with Redcarpet jewellers was very efficient, polite and dealt with in a very professional manner. My delivery was in the time scale given. I will recommend this company and it’s products.

Ordered earrings, necklace and bracelet. Royal mail tracking says delivered but did not receive it. Been a month and still no refund. I originally asked to reorder the items as I wanted them as a present, they took so long to reply that I missed out on the original offer and the items became out of stock. Bridget doesn't actually update you about the problem unless you email asking for an update. All I have had is Royal Mail and the Police are investigating because the GPS says it was delivered nevermind the GPS only tracks the device used and not the actual packages. Absolute joke, despite me quoting the consumer rights act and my right to request a refund no joy. Stay away from this company, I have clearly been conned. They are responsible for delivery and they are withholding my money illegally. I did take the information to PayPal and the supplier said again about the GPS tracking but I still haven't got the goods I paid for or my money back.
UPDATE - Refund has been issued. Communication has been very poor. Changed from 1 star to 2 because it is finally resolved but still would not recommend or use again.
