Fantastic site for 5 star jewellery…
Fantastic site for 5 star jewellery bargains. I stumbled upon this site by sheer chance. I got 2 beautiful pairs of earrings in the sale one was free you just paid the postage and the other were half price in the sale. What would have cost me over £100 I got for just £18. Absolute best bargain ever and the jewellery is beautiful they were even delivered in days and I will definitely order again.

The free azurite necklace
Whilst the necklace does look pretty I had originally ordered it for a birthday present but as it didn’t look as expensive as the photo I decided to keep it
Wore it out for the first time yesterday and the necklace is all discoloured

I ordered the free azurite pendant for…
I ordered the free azurite pendant for which I paid £3.99 postage. It is a plastic disk with glitter glued on and not silver as advertised. Also was posted using one second class stamp so not actually free as max cost for postage is 55p. Rubbish tat don't bother ordering.
Further to the very rude response from Red Carpet Jewellers I have now received a refund of £3.99 to cover the postage charge. Thank you.

We’re sorry to hear you didn’t like the free pendant we sent you. I’d like to take this opportunity to clear up a few inaccuracies in your post:
Firstly: you are correct that the item is “not silver”, however, it is not advertised as such, it is advertised as white gold-plated.
Secondly: “It’s a plastic disk with glitter glued on”; the item is azurite, which is a semi-precious stone, if you apply heat to it, it will not melt, unlike plastic. As for the glitter, these are mineral deposits within the azurite: copper, pyrite, calcite, etc, which, give the stone it’s sparkly, multi-coloured hues. Try scratching the surface with something abrasive, if it were glitter, it would come off easily, but you’ll see it doesn’t.
Thirdly: “max cost for postage is 55p”. Actually, your order was posted 2nd Class Large, which costs £1.05. The Royal Mail also charge 60p to collect each parcel from our depot – so the postage element costs us £1.65.
However, you appear to fail to appreciate a P&P charge involves many other costs for businesses before they get to the posting stage: firstly, there’s 20% VAT; then there’s 19% Corporation Tax; then the payment gateway you paid through - PayPal/GooglePay, etc take 14% commission. So before we even start processing your order, 53% of your payment has gone to other organisations. That leaves us with £1.95; remember postage & pick-up is £1.65; so that leaves us 30p to cover our staff costs (each order goes through 3 different process, involving 3 different departments); the costs of packaging and printing. Which, I’m sure you won’t believe this, but actually takes us over the £3.99 you paid. No company makes money out of P&P charges.
Of course none of these costs include the actual item you’re complaining about, which, I would like to remind you, you didn’t pay a penny for.
It’s strange that the two reviews, which immediately proceed yours are for the same item. Why are they extremely happy with it but you claim it’s tat?
I guess they must be easily pleased, like the other 86% of our customers who have given us brilliant reviews; making us one of the highest scoring jewellers in the UK!
Red Carpet Jewellers are excellent
I have used red carpet jeweller’s for about two years now and they are always a good company and you get what you pay for and it is always fast delivery. I have never had any problems with them.

Free Iridescent Azurite Pendant
Ordered the Iridescent Azurite Pendant after spotting it on the 'Latest Free Stuff' website. Pendant worth approx. £30 but only paid for the postage. Delivered, well packaged within a few days of ordering. Only wish I had ordered the matching bracelet & earrings at the same time as the pendant is really striking. Would recommend Red Carpet Jewellers and will be ordering from them again.

Cheap Tat.
I purchased earrings in the sale. Tat. The crystal is attached to to a hoop which is attached sideways to another hoop...so the crystal lies side on. No reply from customer services. Because it looks so stupid I left in my jewellery box. The metal has turned blue. Thank fully they were Cheap. Same quality as you would get From those jewellery stands in clothes shops.

Quick delivery communication was fast when chatting via email. When I received the earrings I was absolutely delighted with them. You can tell the have Swarovski crystals inside them as they shine differenly to any of my other earrings like these. Super happy would highly recommend
