I'm sorry I have to tell how I feel Red…

I'm sorry I have to tell how I feel Red Cross is right down the street from my house I have three fires in my house this last fire I had in my house the whole house was smoke damage one room was saved I lost everything I'm talking about everything I had one room left with stuff in it!
The manager was trying to kick me out because he said it was unhabitable so did my housing company
Everybody was looking at our family like we were crazy cuz they said Red Cross put them in hotels we bought everything they had helped him fix their car all this great stuff you're on the commercial saving people giving them blanket doing all this extra stuff why is it that I can get a hotel why is it that I couldn't get the services that everybody else got they gave me a Goodwill voucher and I can only get certain things $50 I said my whole house was affected I don't understand they couldn't help me with my deposit they gave me $600 to fix my car at this time I wasn't getting food stamps because the landlord didn't change my address when I moved on his application to the housing place so I couldn't get any services from anybody cuz it look like I was doing fried my address was not correct in the system the first time I moved there a month after I moved in my dishwasher caught on fire I didn't know what was going on the second fire was in my bedroom I almost got burnt up my bed was burnt up if I had the pictures to show you I would I can't show you any pictures right now this time I'm going to recover them but that fire happened because of the outlets in my house clearly the last fire was on the stove the fire started because the stove gets really really hot and he gets really really cold then really really hot didn't really really cold my dishwasher was on the same energy line and my sink and my and my refrigerator clearly this is a freak tragedy that is mentally stressful seeing all I've been through you would you would think that Red Cross would help more I got the parts for my car but I wasn't able to fix it or get it fixed because it cost money to fix your car at least if I didn't get a hotel I would think that they would help me get my car fixed so I can least drive it off the lot so it won't get burnt up too no there's no sympathy but everybody else in this whole neighborhood everybody that I talk to you on the commercial is happy and Red Cross is saving them okay let me ask you this why is it that I call Red Cross before the first apartment when I moved here from California 5 years ago my house was in a flood for three holidays Christmas New Year's and Valentine's a flood because the sub pump will kept breaking the pipes Red Cross came out they didn't help me do a single thing they didn't even call me back they didn't get nobody to call me back and say they didn't have no services they was not responding to me for 3 months oh yeah and I'm going to give reviews about every apartment complex that had all these problems in them and I'm looking like something's wrong with me Red Cross is supposed to be the preview of people that help people get back on their feet but you think they can do that for me no not at all I'm really irritated with it I'm not even frustrated because I'm a brat I'm saying this is the second time it's something happened to me tragically and Red Cross for some reason treating me like we understand but you didn't understand because you did I would still be in a situation my car still sitting out there with the parts that I bought turn around and gave me three more $100 you could buy a lollipop with that I'm just saying I told him exactly what I wanted to do that's all I needed from them if I could have got my car fixed and I couldn't start working so I wouldn't have to ask nobody for anything I have no support it's scary that situation messed up my son's mental health he had to go to the crazy house when all Red Cross had to do was act like I was everybody else they helped so no I'm not happy I don't expect them to still do nothing for me it would be nice but I'm okay I'm not begging for anything I just need help the kind of help that everybody else received makes me feel like I was discriminated against it's always some type of discrimination why why can't I get help I still don't have what I need that's going to become another review for Seattle housing authority so look out for it I'm tired if I can help myself I would help myself but I can't as far as starting over and getting back on my feet if someone could just help me get back on my feet I don't have any panties I don't have any and if I would have knew that it would have been enough to fix my car I wouldn't have bought no parts for my car I wouldn't even talked about my car I would have let it burn up with the rest of the house I would have got some underwears and some bras and then I had to go to a certain Goodwill which is very expensive why can I go to the outlet where you can get everything for 2 dollars a pound so yeah I'm depressed

I would get them zero if I could

I would get them zero if I could. There was an apartment fire a couple years ago in my apartment and it was completely destroyed and I barely got out alive with my roommate. I finally got a hotel and as soon as I got a room at a phone I called the Red Cross for clothing and hygiene products and help to start rebuilding. Guess what response I got? "So you're telling me that your apartment burned down a couple days ago,and you're just now calling? Like b I t c h yes. Didn't have a phone options or money until then..ugh they are useless.

Difficult to rate

Great organization made up of thousands if not millions of volunteers. One of the most important non profit organizations in the world. Has saved so many countless lives it is hard for me to count. I've done some volunteer work for them and in the process I've met dozens of people especially on the phone that are some of the best and brightest people in the world from nurses to doctors to Pilots to IT personnel to Legal Representatives. You name it they do it. Got my CPR certification through them and almost became a CPR certified instructor. And maybe one day I still will and work for them part-time as a volunteer. My only real issue with the company is for such a large organization with so many generous dedicated people the communication factor between the volunteer work you do when to meet up with people how to do it how to organize things Etc leaves much to be desired. This is definitely one of the most generous organizations in the world that does many things for people but trying to stay in contact with people is incredibly difficult trying to get facts and details very directly is very very difficult. Something that could be very much improved especially for something that does so much important work is who to call when to meet up how to do it what to be prepared for. In this area there's constantly changing times and dates changing contact information who and where to contact someone what you are not qualified with seems to be very difficult to clarify with them and who to speak to and things get mixed up very constantly. Based on this it's very hard for me to rate them very high on an organized company that can efficiently distribute much needed care to lots of people. Like I said on this level there's much to be desired on an organized way to stay in contact with people to give the best service to people when and where they need it. That being said if you're one of the people who's had blood donated when you need it Services donated when you need it and got out of medical school when it did some volunteer work for them and they got you a job as a doctor you probably have nothing but nice things to say about them being maybe the best company in the world and rightfully so. I only wish the level of skill and efficiency and dedication this organization had to saving people's lives was put into the same level of communication and effective distribution of necessary volunteers wearing when is needed without going through a headache of stuff to try and contact one person once a month for just a few minutes to figure out what's going on next. Thank you for reading

Donate blood directly to your local…

Donate blood directly to your local hospital so they don't have to buy it from the Red Cross. They use a huge portion of their donated funds to pay for upgraded call centers and executive salaries. They borderline harass their donors to give more, whether it be blood or money. There are better charities out there.

Great charity!

The Red Cross is an actual real charity, which is more than can be said about a top rated charity on TrustPilot, the least TrustWorthy source for reviews on Charities. For that and many other reasons, they deserve 5 stars.
