Absolute was of time and energy

Absolute was of time and energy. Signed up and started to post but found that my very innocent posts and comments kept getting removed by a bot or moderator. Now, I could understand if what I waid was inflamatory or rude but surely helping a fellow teacher through retirement and commenting on the future is not in any way worthy of removal. They keep going on about Karma what ever that is, they do not make it clear that we need to work for Karma before freedom of speech is allowed. By the time you find out about Karma you have wasted quite sometime writing replies that are taken down. Sod that.

Reddit Mods are pathetic

Mods make the whole Reddit experience terrible. They're pathetic individuals that have no real life and so they go on what is the cringiest power trip with their minute amount of power in the world. If you say anything they don't agree with, they will ban you for harassment. The harassment rule is a catch all to them that they can apply to anyone on a whim, it doesn't actually mean harassment on Reddit. I feel sorry for anyone that has to deal with these losers in the real world, if they do somehow manage to have some form of actual social interaction.

Third class website

Third class website, does not let me post anything on the website, and I am very very disappointed, whatever I post gets banned or deleted, there is no want to speak about this problem on Reddit. I have no idea how come it is so famous.

Moderators and users ruin this

These are some of the worst people I have ever interacted with in my entire life.

Every Reddit page is full of the meanest most hateful people on this planet. No matter which Reddit page you comment on you get endless hate in the comments section.

The Reddit pages are run by people working for free called moderators. They can ban you for whatever reason they like, I am banned from 2 Reddit pages and when I messaged the moderators they randomly called me racist and muted me. You can’t contact Reddit as these volunteers run these pages. If you say anything they don’t like your gone.

Every page is full of political posts and bots, glad I’ve deleted Reddit and it’s full of the type of people who never leave the house and don’t have any sort of relationships.

There are no words to express how…

There are no words to express how deeply disgusted I am with your platform. This is pure trash. You are making impossible for new user to create an account.

I’ve had to create multiple accounts because every time someone is trying join and post something, you automatically ban new users. No explanation, no warning — just a vague message about “technical issues,” while my account gets frozen. I can’t send messages, I can’t view my own profile, I can’t do anything.

What disgusts me the most is that I haven’t even done anything illegal or against your policy. You’ve just made it impossible to use your platform at all. It’s absurd.

I am sick and deeply disgusted my your practices. You can invest money in ACTUAL MODERATION instead of punishing new users simply for trying to use your platform.

Reddit is terrible, and moderators are hypocrites.

I was banned for three days for "suggesting violence" against the dean, which I believe was due to his political affiliations. For that, I was suspended for three days; then, a hypocritical moderator of a community suspended me for ten days because of that comment. It seems that my message was considered insulting and a bannable offense due to its "violent nature." Despite my ban, I noticed other comments promoting violence and racism that were ignored by Reddit.

Reddit hosts communities with concerning content, and the platform is not doing anything to moderate these issues effectively. The company is relying on an AI system that omits everything it deems "inappropriate" or "unacceptable," but when it involves an obvious violation of their rules, nothing happens. Perhaps similar efforts to those that targeted Pornhub could be considered to address Reddit's moderation issues. It's time to contact the lady who shut down Pornhub about this. It's time to shut down this website for good. I won't cry when that happens. Reddit sucks!

If you visit the depths of this social network you will vomit

If you visit the depths of this social network you will vomit, I was one of the moderators of a subreddit called "Anti-zoophilia" our objective was to denounce this kind of filthy practices (bestiality and pedo) unfortunately our subreddit was banned in 2021 after receiving reports of "harassment" by filty pedo and zoophiles(on reddit there are many). While disgusting and filthy subreddits of 3D hentai of Monsters and Zoophilia like: "r beast love" and "r beastierp" to which I and the former members of our subreddit have unfortunately tried several to report (reddit has never reacted) still exist!! This is unacceptable, I am very disgusted with Reddit, especially because of the inaction of the moderators towards bestiality (even fictional) who prefer to trust stupid bots for moderation. Unlike Twitter (which is also filthy) there are no options to report bestiality on Reddit. Former members of my subreddit had investigated the moderators of the catégories of "Hentai Monsters and Bestiality" subreddit. They found that most of the moderators of these disgusting subreddits also have Telegram channels that contain illegal content of minors and Zoophilia and bestiality.

Can't post anything (even an innocent question to get a general view from people to potentially help out with an issue) without having an old account that's been there a while.. so ridiculous. And even if you do have an older account (which i used to have but deleted due to people being abusive) you can't ask or comment or even post about anything without a barrage of hate, belittling or sarcasm.. general insensitivity.. horrible place to try and gain answers from.. only enabled by the moderators who seem to want reddit to be based around negativity and bad interactions.. waste of time.

Reddit is pro fascism and anti-satire

AI bot bans people for making a joke about what a certain person in a round shaped office might say. Previously the same bot suspended my account for "threatening violence" when I did nothing of the sort and it was upheld by a lazy human moderator.

Nice idea, terrible implementation, really dumbass moderators

Reddit Idiot site that runs by cheap china…

Idiot site that runs by cheap china made AI bots (that probably dont even speak english].
They just ban and block for NO reason. Just file an appeal and it gives you nothing but msg that ban will stay..For what? Well we can not tell you-but it stays (seems they dont even know why). Probably they are running out of Server storage MB -so instead of pay and buying more, they just cut users and save money...For real, most idiotic site i seen. You can not post anything and i mean anything because one coma or dot that bot dont like-you are banned. And its not even sentence or meaning of it. REDDIT=IDIOTS owner, manager and their bots. Wish everyone leaves at same time-bet they will shut down bots and beg people to come back to their shit site..

Where moderators behave worse than other online platforms' trolls!

From starting to use the site for posting updates etc, about our kitten and cat rescue work, I noticed that the behaviour of the moderators was like nothing I had ever seen before - except for Boards.ie in Ireland. But this was a million times worse. Their behaviour is just insane, and far worse than anonymous trolls on all the other social media platforms. It looks like a prison being run by the inmates.
Constant removals and even bans from sub-reddits, etc. I saw the language and personal insults swung at other users from Reddit's so-called 'moderators' - simply for asking genuine, reasonable questions, threats, and insults directed at ordinary users. There is a lot of competition for toxic experiences on social media, but nowhere can hold a candle to Reddit.

Finally now, I have the message:
"This account has been permanently banned. Check your inbox for a message with more information.
Visit inbox".
I literally don't know why I was banned, which 'moderator' did it.
There is NOTHING in the inbox, no message, comment, reason, or means of appeal.

There is literally NOTHING for us to gain from being anywhere near Reddit - since you can hardly expect people who relish that type of experience to have any empathy towards humans or animals.

Reddit loves Pedophiles.

I had an account where I spent a lot of time modding a 400k member sub, for free. I got messaged by some pedophiles wanting photos of me, I insulted them over message, and then bam, my account banned and my IP banned so I can't create any new accounts. VPN doesn't work either. All appeals ignored. All messages ignored. Nice to know the admins of reddit love pedophiles and are Pro pedophilia. Also shame to the mods or r/redditrequest who gave my sub away to some random person.

The moderators on this site use language that one can find used by trolls on Facebook and other internet sites. Total lack of social competence. Hence the almost universal lack of confidence in this site. If there was a zero rating this site would be very close to a zero rating

Reddit will ban you for no reason, and then ban other people's accounts for using your wifi

I only ever used reddit to browse. However when I made my first post about a delivery driver that stole my package my account got banned for no reason. I filed over 20 appeals, but it would just get automatically rejected by their bot system not even a minute latter. They even changed the reason why my account was banned to ban evasion. I only have the one reddit account, but because my roommates and a few of my friends used their accounts on my wifi they got banned for ban evasion as well. We've all tried to appeal this new ban, but again we're just hit with the same automatic rejection. How dose it make sense to ban 5 other accounts that aren't related to mine?! Just because they can't hire humans to handle their website. And this is all over a FedEx driver stealing my package!

Reddit’s Lack of Transparency and Free Speech

My question is: why are people still using Reddit? There’s no real free speech—you can’t even view the site without registering. And even after creating an account, I couldn’t post anything because they seem to be doing shady things behind the scenes. It’s a frustrating and restrictive platform. Honestly, it’s a terrible website.
