So far I had a really good experience with this records shop.

Whenever I reached to them, they were willing to reply as soon as possible.

I will keep buying records.

I tried buying a preorder record from their company, which after a bit of time, was cancelled. As much as I understand this, they refunded me in "in store" credits. So extremely skeptical, I reached out to them hoping if they could in fact refund me by transforming my credits into money, and they were quick to a reply with a yes. Although they may not have had the record I wanted, they were quick with their customer service, and I promise you they are a reliable company to buy from.

Been my go to online shop for records for many years now. Never been disappointed, and if there has been an issue they've sorted it out quickly.

My favourite place to buy records. I've purchased thousands of records over the years from most of the online records shops. Redeye are always the best for me. Free shipping and the reserve order feature was a game changer, allowing me to buy individual records when I see them/they get released. Then when I qualify for free shipping release them all in one go. Never had an issue. Great customer service. Not as personal a service as some but it works for me

Horrible experience! They claim to have sent a refund to a not existing source and refuse to solve this! Don't buy from this shop!

Ordered Sunday evening, received an email advising shipped early Monday morning, arrived Wednesday afternoon. (During the Covid19 crisis I think that’s impeccable).

Couldn’t believe how well everything was packed.

Anyone complaining about the non-free postage for a pre-ordered record when bought in a stack needs to give their head a wobble and research basic business fundamentals.

Used to go into red eye records shop from 92 onwards moved away but still use these guys to this day from online, I think people need to realise sometimes how complex a system can be to run a shop a record label a website with an ordering system to reserve ie. Build an order over certain amount ready to send when they all available to send in 1 go. now I saw some complaints that are really silly if you ask for reserves to be sent with free post do you honestly think you can keep getting free post on each seperate few tunes after u ask for 1st few reserves of an order to be sent early no, It's for 1 set of reserves in an order over that set amount for free postage, that all have to be ready for 1 shipment, then you pay for each postal after that 1 unless u do another order over free postal amount, , if u impatient u have to pay it's not their expense, so it's easy if you order over certain amount to get free postage and wait till they ALL!! available in ur ready to post section it's free postage on one box with all ur tunes in simple really, I hate to see people slagging off people trying to do their best to provide a global service from humble beginnings u try doing it. Then complain. Also try some respect if ever have an issue u might get some back I seem to. Keep the vinyl flowing guys.

Been buying from Redeye for about seven years. These guys are the best for quality vinyl in play out condition and have never let me down.. What's more to say than thankyou to everone at Redeye and keep up the good work.

I’ve been buying vinyl for 7 years here and they have always been spot on. Either you do an instant shipping or keep the items in reserve you get mint record every time. Totally upfront. Hopefully Brexit won’t have a negative impact.

I am not sure where the other reviews came from but my review is certainly less than one star. My experience is seriously poor.

They do not answer the phone or respond to emails. I ordered a record back in May 2018 amounting to £21.00 approximately. The record is yet to be received. They only recently contacted me at the tail end of November 2018, to say that they do not have the record and want to give me a credit note?

I declined the offer asking for a refund which they appear unable to do unless I gave them my paypay information. Paypal do not know what they are talking about and are concerned that they have not been able to refund me the monies for a record they do not have and are withholding the money without reason. To date, I am still awaiting a refund (20 December 2018).

I have tried phoning them on several occasions but the phone line is unobtainable, which is a serious concern. I have sent my bank account details and sort code in order to receive the refund in good time. I have received no response to my emails regarding my outstanding monies.

Interestingly enough on the website, they claim that the record still exists? Work that one out for yourselves. Clearly they take the money and 8 months later say they haven't got the record(s) and do you fancy a credit note? A credit note for what!

I certainly won't use them nor would I recommend them given my experience to date!

Went out of their way to cancel an order to allow me to add some items I'd missed off earlier that day. Super speedy communication from a really friendly and helpful team. Also prices always tend to be just that bit lower than other UK-based stores. Never disappointed when shopping with Redeye!

Redeye has easily the best customer service of any record company I've dealt with in the past, and so much so I very rarely buy from any other seller. They are timely with communication on issues with records (almost instantly via email) and always willing to help out.

One of the best around for variety and service. Long may it last!
