Received my new OHM vinyl on Ambidextrous Records from Red Eye Records after pre-ordering it from them. Not only did I receive the vinyl in a timely fashion, it was honestly the best packed vinyl I've ever received (and I buy a lot) and I got two free stickers. Delighted and will definitely be buying from them again.

Pre-ordered a highly anticipated limited release. Only to find out 2 months after release date that Redeye wouldn't get any after all. Could have bought it from several other stores on release day if I had known this would happen. Now I am stuck having to buy from a reseller and pay an extra £50 for the privilege.
Nothing but empty apologies and tetchy emails from Redeye. They don't care about their customers.

I bought from this online records shop and the experience is been bad, no consideration me as client in post selling care. I purchased a few records and for their luck or clarity the items it was out of stock, and I discovered only after I paid for it.They did not care to advice me if I had any option about my purchase and when I asked some clarity they did not bothered.
Ok, they gave me a refund but Is not convenient and unfair treatment. It was for me one of my top list online records shop and I they betrayed my trust.
Be careful if you purchase.

Best site to buy obscure hip hop and dance records! Records shipped really fast (only 4 days to get to me here in the states) and extremely cheap pricing! Just amazing, i am definitely buying from them again!

Have ordered from redeye on many occasions. It's a great site run by some great guys. Orders are quick to arrive and love the pre-order function. Keep it up.

Bit lengthy, but thought it deserves sharing.
So here it goes.

Placed order of about £200, split into two due to some records not yet available. Asked to send available records, convinced I will get the remaining ones delivered for free (as per Terms&Co.). While waiting for pre-orders, decided to spend more cash with We-Have-Great-Reputation-Fcuk-The-Rest-redeyerecords- BIG MISTAKE! Some records got their stock arrival pushed further and further in time, despite already being officially released and available all over. When enquired whether they can do anything about it, received vague message, followed by reassurance that they will get back to me shortly. As ‘shortly’ seemed more than 24hours, decided to ask again if there’s any chance to get the record quicker. Second vague reply ensured me they don’t really give a sxxx about customer (why would they? They’re great!), cancelled it to get the other ones ASAP. To my surprise, on checkout, I am being asked to pay for shipping. And here comes out the real face of Pigs-Get-Loaded-redeyesuckers. A truly Trump-esque response of people who don't take criticism kindly and are full of self-assurance(or something else...not sure). Since I’ve added few records to the previous order- one that’s been paid for and eligible for free delivery, status of the order has changed and they want me to pay for the delivery for the added records! To make it clear: you’d get previous ones delivered for free, but since you added more- and as such created new order- you need to pay for delivery- even though they’d come in in same parcel! Sorry, had to snap there. But try to reason with twisted logic of the greedy- you get slapped in the face!
Think twice- don’t feed the pigs!

Great service, have ordered from them loads recently (definitely spent more on records than I should have). Spot on every time and a great selection plus their reserves system is brilliant

These have been around since the early days and I have been a customer since about 1998. They did used to take phone orders but in recent times its online only however they still carry the same range of vinyl and the service is as good as it always was. I believe they did specialise almost exclusively in drum and bass but now stock everything from house to jungle, funk to techno and everything in-between.
In an age where everyone is opening up shops and stocking the same hip artist of the month Redeye dig deep and stock pretty much everything + they have always had some exclusives well before release. I believe they also run a label.
Probably my favourite service they offers is the option to reserve records and build a larger order, better still UK customers get free shipping on orders over £50 so I just build an order over a few weeks and ship for free.
In fairness their prices are good anyway.

5 stars, if anything the site could do with a few tweaks but its not an issue.
