My laptop was running very slow, so slow I was struggling to load anything. I took it in to Redhouse Computers on Saturday afternoon and they called me to say it was ready to pick up on Monday morning. It is now running like new.
They were so helpful and friendly but also very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

Went into their premises with a problem with Microsoft login, the lady was very helpful and sorted out the issue on the spot. Fantastic service

I purchased my first computor from Redhouse back around 2000, & have purchased probably another 10 to 12 laptops & gaming computors since then. Always had excelent service & the latest was no exception. A Windows update crashed my Outlook account on my work laptop. I dropped the laptop in yesterday lunchtime & picked it up today working perfectly. Many thanks to Scott Bob & Jan

I’ve bought three items now from red house computers. Jan is very helpful, Scott is very knowledgeable a great combination. Now my go-to computer and office equipment supplier.

From start to finish, I cannot fault the service from Redhouse. Robert and his team went over and above and really made the whole experience very personal. I would recommend Redhouse to anyone.

This is a fantastic family run business. They are always ready to help, can solve any technical problems, are will make sure you get what you need rather than what you don't need. They care about their customers, they are experts, and I wouldn't go anywhere else for laptops or support. I've been using their business for decades and will continue to do so.

Purchased 6 mini iPad`s for business use. Fantastic help ( Scott) in choosing the right i pad's and cases, ( strong ones for the environment these will be used in )

Great Business, I have been going to this shop now for over 10 years, I have to say they have always gone above and beyond and ensured they have delivered everything required, I would recommend them anyone that would ask or require these services, as they are a little gem to know and have available for any technical needs, they always get my business and will use them for any of my technical needs, great team and great friendly environment unlike most tech stores, keep up the good work.

I have been a customer at the Red House for years now and certainly wouldn’t go anywhere else, I have always found Jan & Scott and other members of her team incredibly helpful and friendly, I always purchased my PC's and monitors form this establishment. I recently had to upgrade my PC and get all my information transferred over to the new unit. Scott took charge of this and completed it in record time :-) I also brought a new monitor knowing that all this equipment is covered by a warranty gives me peace of mind, and I completely trust all my information is secure. I can only speak for myself but have found the customer service outstanding, Staff always go the extra mile to ensure they deliver the product or the repair in time. As newcomers to the gaming world, we walked into Red House Computers feeling a little overwhelmed—but thankfully, we had the pleasure of being helped by Scott, who was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to walk us through everything we needed to know and made sure we were getting the right setup for our needs without trying to upsell us. We left feeling confident and excited about our purchase thanks to him.

Unfortunately, our experience was tainted by how we were treated when we came back to check on our order. The owner/manager was extremely rude and disrespectful, making us feel like a burden just for asking a simple question. It was disappointing, especially after such a great first impression with Scott.

If you’re heading to Red House Computers, I highly recommend speaking with Scott—he’s a gem. Just be prepared for a different vibe if you have to deal with the management.

This is the 3rd time I’ve purchased from Redhouse and have been very pleased on every occasion.

I bought a gaming computer from them recently and I was impressed by the team and how helpful they were in finding me the correct computer for a reasonable price. They were incredibly quick, taking only a couple days to get all the parts for the PC and putting it together. They even set up security and supplied parts for any future upgrades.
I’ve set it’ll all up and it’s working well. Very impressed.

My mother has been relying on Redhouse for 20+ years for all her business and personal computer needs. Recently, I personally faced a challenging data transfer issue and turned to Rob and his team for help. Their team is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and honest—qualities that are rare and invaluable. They provided a service to me which was above and beyond and I can't recommend them highly enough. No wonder my Mum thought so highly of Redhouse and the service they provided to her. I will definitely be back.

The laptop is exactly what i ordered, 4my laptop arrived on time, it was very well packed and in mint condition. An excellent and a very speedy service, as well as being very polite and helpful. I will pass on the company name to family and friends.
