I recently purchased my first home with the assistance of Red Kite Estate Agents, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From the very first viewing back in January, Darren was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions with ease, and if he didn’t know the answer straight away, he promptly found out and got back to us. His enthusiasm and support made the entire process so smooth and enjoyable.

As first-time buyers, we really appreciated how Darren took the time to explain everything to us, making us feel comfortable every step of the way. Additionally, Hayley was a tremendous asset on the administrative side. She was organised and efficient, assisting us with communication between us and the solicitors. Her quick responses and helpfulness kept everything on track.

We purchased a property through Red Kite - Darren showed us around the property twice and he is the most friendly estate agent I have ever met! You didn’t feel like he following you around while you were having a look and he was so happy and cheerful which instantly made things at ease and positive the second you walked into the property. We had a stressful purchase where our first buyer fell through but the consistency of using a small company like this meant I was in constant contact with Hayley throughout waiting to find a second buyer. On the day of completion Hayley met us at the property to give us the keys (something my own estate agent didn’t even offer to our buyer) and gave us a lovely box with some bits in, a card and chocolate for our son. We are so grateful to Hayley and Darren for making our purchase as stress free as possible.

This is our second property that we have bought through Darren and Hayley and from the start till the end they are professional and very approachable. If we had any questions/queries they would sort them asap. I would have no question of dealing with Red Kite again, they found our forever home, we would definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

I recently sold my house with Red Kite - the whole experience was superb. I'd invited multiple estate agents to appraise my property, and Red Kite stood out head and shoulders above the others. Darren is simply a lovely guy - a man of sincerity and integrity. He took real care to understand everything my house had to offer, and I felt his genuine passion and excitement for the job of finding the right buyers, together with his excellent knowledge of the area. Naturally, it wasn't long until an offer was on the table, and when it came to the crunch time of negotiating with the prospective buyers, it was clear that I could absolutely trust Darren to help achieve a fair price on my behalf. Once the sale was agreed, there was no let-up in their commitment to seeing it through to completion. Hayley worked brilliantly with the solicitors and provided detailed weekly updates on the progress. Our WhatsApp group allowed for easy and stress-free communication throughout the whole process. Darren continued to go above and beyond in accommodating extra visits for the buyers' families and accompanying the surveyor for the buyers' mortgage - it was so reassuring to know he was present when this took place. I cannot recommend Darren and Hayley from Red Kite highly enough!

As 1st time buyers we were a little unsure of what to expect, well Red Kite were brilliant kept us informed all the way through either by WhatsApp or phone, nothing was too much trouble even on a Saturday morning! Would definitely recommend them them
