Loving my light

I have had it for only 2 weeks but so far so good. The instructions say 5-8 minutes but I am using it on so many places and reasons I taking over 30 minutes. It’s great and seriously thinking of getting the half panel as well. Great product. Instructions easy and online help is so handy

It's rare to receive this level of customer service these days! I contacted Red Light Rising after my Target Light 670nm failed unexpectedly. It was a Saturday, and I received an immediate and friendly response, with the offer of sending me a replacement unit. I've been really happy with the Target Light; it appears to be well-made and is a joy to use. Thanks again for the excellent customer support!

This is my second purchase - excellent both times - a well made unit - love using it

My husband purchased a target 2.0 light for us to both use following recomendations from our separate practitoners to obtain a red therapy light. A few days after receiving the target lamp an email arrived stating they had provided the wrong flyer. . . a user guidance summary, that had arrived with the lamp.
As we never received a replacement flyer nor further user guidance an email was sent to this company. Disappointingly they never responded to that, nor to any further email requests asking them to forward the relevant guidance flyer or clarification instructions.

Contrary to their website, which states they provide detailed information to your email inbox, this was simply not true. However, this company is very careful not to make specific claims for their products, fearful of any legal ramifications.

The lamp appears robust, but has no indicator assist users to identify which wavelength of the lamp cycle it is on when operating the device. This means everytime its used, users have to cycle through the permutations of the different frequencies by constantly switching the light on and off!
Unless you have time to scroll through the reams of pitches on their YouTube videos, it's near on impossible to identify how to use the device and relevant frequency individual's want.

There is no after sales customer support, inadequate user guidance and limited information. With such a poorly run business, I can not imagine this company lasting very long RECOMMEND DO NOT BUY.

I am very grateful to have found red light Rising.
I used the infrared light mask from a reputable company, before buying the Target Light, but disappointedly broke within 3months from using it.it has been very expensive and unfortunately could not be repaired.

I love the target light from red light rising. It has a thick plug in cable.

It arrived within a day from ordering it.

Within one session from using it my skin started feeling and looking healthier.

So I absolutely love this product.

the product is shipped in very careful packaging to prevent damage from impacts. Easy to use, the package includes an English plug with European adapters. I've only been using it for a few days but the feeling of well-being is immediate. The only negative experience was the customs costs I paid

Terrible customer service. Rude, unhelpful and dismissive.

Purchased one of their hand held red lights a couple of years ago. I was very unwell with an autoimmune condition and wanted to try the light to see if it would help me.

The light was faulty with it intermittently working.

I emailed them to return it for one that wasn't faulty or a refund.

The emails I received back were rude, unhelpful and demanding I send them a video of it.

I was so unwell that I didn't bother and lost hope on it.

Now I am better after receiving medication by a qualified medical consultant, I am able to leave this review.

You treat your customers with utter contempt when your products are poor. The claims you make are lofty and based off questionable reports.

If anyone reading this has an autoimmune condition or is unwell, seek help from a reputable and qualified Doctor.

Trying expensive experiments after believing heightened claims by companies such as this one, will cost you a lot more in the long run; financially and health wise.

Avoid these charlatans at all costs.

I bought this light following a recommendation from a friend and I haven't been disappointed. I have been using it for 3 weeks now and can honestly say it's improving my eyes - the reason I bought it - and my sleep. It's a great size, easy to use and transport. I feel energised after using it. I use it first thing in the morning and it gives me a feeling of being bathed in the warmth of the sunshine and adds a spring to my step :) I have recommended it to several friends so they can also benefit from this amazing little lamp. Great service from the support team. They use WhatsApp to contact them via their support page which is so handy as you can message out of hours. They came back to me very quickly and answered my questions and provided links for extra support/info. Amazing!!

Sometimes, for one reason or another, my eyes just feel tired…

I must say that the yellow glasses help me a lot during days when I can’t stand staring at the screen… yet I have work to do. Totally worth the money in my experience!

Great service and follow up I had the target light 2.0 for a while now and wanted to know if could use it in a lamp holder rather than holding it. The guys recommended a holder they have used and confirmed the control side is in the bulb so no issues in using a different holder etc.

Wrong cable delivered. (English plug instead of german one/ I used an old stand & cable instead).
Shipping very expensive.

Bought it for a Birthday present for my wife, she loves it.

Just like to say many thanks for the amazingly quick response I got with my faulty painGopad .I contacted red light rising by WhatsApp got a response 3days later new painGopad arrived aboutsly delighted with my painGopad and the response from the team.

I had a minor fault with one of their products.After reporting it to them they replaced it with a new unit within 2 days! Their customer service is amazing and I will be very happy to recommend them to anyone.

Great help from customer services, gave me advice on how to get the best from my lamp. I would definitely recommend the company and the product. I have been using it to help my macula degeneration and it is helping slow it.

I placed my order late Thursday afternoon the 22nd February 2024 and within less than 48 hrs it was delivered . I just have to compliment Red Light Rising on their most amazing, efficient service and for keeping me updated from the time of placing my order to it being delivered.
