They are actually so bad. Problem #1 I bought struts that were advertised as red and chrome, I get black. I ask for the rights parts number and they’re still black. So why advertise as red and chrome because there custom service said they just pull parts not for color..BS. Problem #2 I bought a steering wheel, quick release and a hub, my email I got says everything arrived. I got the other 2 components but no steering wheel! Now I have no idea what’s going on because the tracking number says everything is here. Redline360 is unprofessional and a joke!

Terrible customer service. Extremely slow to respond. Got sent the wrong items and they're not acting as if they even care about it.
Bought headlights as a gift, company refuses to help fix
Bought headlights as a gift. Right after the warranty expired, the passenger headlight led strip starts flickering, then months later the headlight starts working 20% of the time. I try reaching out multiple times, obviously it’s out of warranty but I want to make things right and get this fixed. All my emails have been ignored, my second review was deleted after posting an update explaining it’s not working. And my third review was deleted explaining what happened and how they deleted my previous review, yet my first review minutes after installation is magically still posted.
I’m never shopping with these clowns ever again. Worst experience with a company probably ever.
