After shopping and searching for…

After shopping and searching for details, I reached out to customer support at Redline360. I received a prompt reply from Yves to a list of details for the Cipher steering wheel for my 2012 NC Miata (Stormy Blue). The replies were very specific to answer each point with facts. I purchased the wheel and it is installed. I am very pleased with this first time purchase. There will be more for sure.

The Customer comes first with this…

The Customer comes first with this Establishment. That is huge in my book. I needed a return and they got back with me the same day. Unheard of by many other companies. If you need performance parts for your build, I would suggest Redline 360. They are the real deal.

AMAZING customer service!

Yves was so helpful when the item I ordered was out of stock. I wasn’t looking to spend much more money than I already had, and Yves was quick to offer me the next best option for my budget. Great customer service from this site!

My part was out of stock. But James was quick to settle it all!! Ended up just switching it out for me!

I ordered an exhaust for my car and it got sold out while it was processing. James reached out to and quickly figured out a solution and helped me get a different one. I was genuinely surprised but the customer service and how quickly he replied and took care of me. First time using them but it definitely won’t be the last

Very good communication!

Quick and efficient communication from this company, James in particular. He helped me out with my order and let me know that it was going to ship from the factory due to an issue with the order on their end. He was so helpful, and walked me through the entire process! He told me it would be 2-3 weeks, and it shipped super fast and arrived after only 1.5 weeks! I can't wait to get these coilovers installed and start enjoying them ASAP! Thanks again James!

Great Customer Service

I had originally received halo headlights that were oddly dimmed on the passenger side. Upon asking redline 360 about it, Cherry (customer support) quickly came up with a solution and sent me bulbs in no time. They were very polite and handled everything professionally.

Order experience

I'm hesitant to use this company again after my recent experience. My order was accidentally canceled, forcing me to place it again myself instead of them handling it internally. I had to separately request another coupon code, which was frustrating and time-consuming. Their website misleadingly mentions nearby warehouses, but my order shipped from Chicago, significantly increasing wait time. Furthermore, I had both the customer service representative and a warehouse employee contacting me, obviously with no internal coordination. The entire process was unnecessarily complicated and frankly disappointing

I bought a radiator from redline360 had some troubles, they said they would send me a new one once back in stock, but i needed my vehicle sooner, when I asked for a refund it was issued the same day.

Amazing prices, amazing shipping times, and amazing customer service, all though after I purchased an item I was advised it would only be back in stock by the end of the year which is pretty frustrating. They could put an out of stock warning.
