The main employee that my contact was the online person who found the part in question and brought the part to the loading area. I took the part home and was unable to make a correct fit so, I called Redline and stated I had a 14 day window of return. I returned the part and a refund would be processed soon. Appreciate the ease of a return that your employees made.

Got what I needed carefully packaged in a timely manor !
I had ordered online and was suprised to find my order canceled due to my shipping address being different than my billing address. I called and spoke with Ryan who helped me to reorder my parts.
