Even though the part was used, the pictures of the item were as what was shipped to me. The anti-sway bar was packaged very securely and suffered no damage during shipment to my home. The parts arrive in a timely manner. The price was reasonable as will.

Won’t deal with them again..
I would’ve been OK with the hatch if it was just minor dings like the description stated, but in addition to the two minor dings there was a bigger sized dent, as well as one of the hinge covers was broken on arrival. Emailed them pictures of the dent and Was told the hatch was in “Fair“ condition per the listing.
We’ll buy local going forward

In particular for this trunk lid, the wording in the listing was “large” not minor as described here, and we had those sections circled in red in the photos for reference.
