Worth getting a quote from Red Rose
Initially spoke to Matthew who was really helpful and then Jordan who sorted a new policy for me. I had an old critical illness policy from my first mortgage which was increasing in cost each year, now I have critical illness and life insurance in one policy to cover my full salary and latest mortgage costs as well as critical illness cover for my daughter and it’s actually cheaper than what I was paying plus it’s a fixed price so doesn’t increase each year. Couldn’t ask for anything more!
They weren’t just trying to get the best commission for themselves because they advised that my husband's policy would have been an increase in price and although it was better cover they said have a think and let us know, they could have tried to hard sell but they just left us to decide and weren’t pushy at all.
Jordan put a lot of work in and seemed he was genuinely trying to find us the best possible cover at the best price.

If I could give ten stars I would. Jordan has been absolutely fantastic, because of some of my medical history getting life insurance can be a little tricky. Due to a few recent minor health issues, my previous life ins co wouldn't renew (after 20+ years!) Jordan was great and went the extra mile needed. Yes my monthly has gone up, to be expected, but better insured than not. Defo would recommend. 10/10.

Very helpful and polite but not pushy!!
I was recently in contact with Red Rose who helped me take out a new life policy. I had an existing one but it didn't cover me for what I needed.
Everyone I spoke to at Red Rose ( sorry I cant remember your names, Phillip?) were extremely helpful and polite but above all not at all pushy!!! Which was very important to me. Although not pushy they did follow up on things they said they would promptly.
I Would definitely definitely recommend to family and friends. Although now I am fully covered I will never need their services again myself!

Old policy ending, new policy for age 50+
My existing life policy was coming to an end and Red Rose contacted me. Jordan was very helpful in providing different options for different durations and made the whole process very simple. I had done some initial internet searches and was concerned that an over 50 policy was going to be very costly but this has not been the case.
