I have to say what excellent service Red Rose provided. My wife sadly was diagnosed with with a terminal illness, from speaking to the insurance company to being paid out only took three weeks. A big thanks to Phil and all the team at Red Rose.

Jordan provided an excellent and tailored service to get me insured for the correct amount. I will be returning to him very soon to arrange cover for my wife.

Excellent service from Red Rose. I already had life insurance in place and was happy with my policy but after just a five minute review with Jordan at Red Rose I came away with exactly the same cover and a 30% saving on my monthly direct debit. Excellent result and highly recommended.

I don't normally answer marketing calls but I'm so glad I did as it prompted me to check my current life insurance claim and found out it was due to end November 2026. Jordan and team worked really hard to get what I wanted, going above and beyond what other insurance companies would have done.

They have been so helpful in sourcing a decent priced insurance policy for myself then my wife. They explained everything in detail getting a tailor made policy for each of us. I've been with Red Rose inurance for years now and have consistently been impressed with them. I've changed policies and plans in that time and their customer service sets them apart from all other insurance providers I've experienced. There is nothing they won't do in order to help you understand the services and products you're receiving and go out of their way to make your life as easy as possible.

Honesty is their best quality...and policy. Phil took over as our advisor and clearly set out what to expect in an ever changing market for insurance, he worked his diligent magic and sure enough, cheaper, more comprehensive and less exceptions. BRILLIANT. Can't fault his/their work, have gone through Red Rose Insurance twice now and received an amazing service. Recommended! What have you got to loose!

From start to finish, Phillip from Red Rose Insurance provided an exceptional service. He was very friendly and very professional throughout the process and he made us felt we were being looked after and he became like a friend and not just a salesperson.

Phil and Red Rose team were outstanding. Great, very timely, advice, clearly given with professionalism and patience throughout.
Simple guidance, well put across with humour and humility.
I have used RR before and got enticed away by promises of a better offering elsewhere. My bad, I was so glad when Phil and team sorted the mess out for me, should have trusted my instinct and stayed with these great Lancashire lads all along. Will not be moving again. Cannot speak highly enough of the, thoroughly recommend you give them a call.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would, especially to Jordan!
I live quite a busy life and understandable sometimes these types of calls can take a while, but this man made time for me, even if it was just a quick 20 minutes here and there.
I have never experienced customer service like it. I would recommend to anyone and everyone!
