Great experience and service from Phil at Red Rose. Had a previous policy in place which Red Rose set up but it was time to review and make some changes. Phil helped through the whole process and went above and beyond to get us the right policy for our needs. Once everything in place Phil rang again to check we were happy and everything was ok.

I took out a life insurance policy through Red Rose, Phil sorted everything out and even moved me to another company with a better sum insured for same premium. When I had to make a claim on it, Both Phil and Jordan were there to guide me through the minefield of paperwork and questions. I can certainly recommend Phil and the team to give you the best policies within your means, they care more about you than turning a quick profit.

Very easy to talk to and sorted everything out without any fuss

Excellent experience with Red Rose. Jordan was fantastic. Incredibly knowledgeable and also very patient with me as I kept changing what I wanted and when I realised (on more than one occasion) that I had given him totally wrong information!

After the policy was in place he called to check all the paperwork had come through, that it all made sense and that it reflected what I wanted.

I would 100% recommend them.
