GREAT JOB RED SKY!!!
I read the policy to make sure I understood it. Wayne is the person with whom I corresponded throughout the entire process. He replied to me when I had questions. When I submitted the documentation, he informed me about a specific form the attending physician needed to fill out. Once I had the completed form and faxed it, Wayne communicated that it had been received and was under review. When the claim was approved, he let me know that it was. Red Sky was incredibly understanding and very professional! It is a company I would use again! Thanks for everything!!

Injury prevented me from traveling
injured myself about a week before my trip was scheduled and my orthopedist determined that I couldn’t travel. I contacted arch red sky, they sent me the necessary documents for the dr to fill out, I emailed arch the docs and and I received my check in the mail yesterday. The process took about 4 weeks. I’m very happy.

We had reservations for North Myrtle…
We had reservations for North Myrtle Beach beginning Sept 28,2025. This was the period when they were experiencing a tropical storm on land and expected Hurricane to hit. We canceled our trip 2 days prior to arrival due to the weather threats. This was a real threat and the governor called for a state of emergency on the costal area of South Carolina!
Red Sky Travel Insurance denied the claim for reimbursement. What a scam! I wonder if they had so many claims they decided to deny everyone because it wasn’t a mandatory evacuation! Don’t deal with this company!

The response from Arch Red Sky was quick and we received a full refund promptly. The only hassle was on our end - getting Urgent Care to complete a form (which they lost), but we went to our primary care Dr. who was also in on the treatment and everything went smoothly. Thank you Arch Red Sky!

Great service
We were really looking forward to our vacation rental. Due to health issues, we had to cancel our trip. Thankfully we had purchased the travel insurance. Red Sky's claim process on their website told you step by step what you needed to provide for the claim. Their customer service was excellent to work with. The claim was processed, and check was received. I definitely recommend Red Sky Insurance.

Village Realty; awful
The realtor, Village Realty, never gave me the policy number. They gave me the e-mail for RedSky, but it was Allianz who did not have my policy. I called Village Realty and told me they filed a claim. With six days to file a claim, I called RedSky and filed the claim in lieu of what Village Realty stated. Then, after 10 days, RedSky asked for a death certificate when I should have been asked for (if required).
