Stay away from this company

This is a company set up to collect monthly payments for sub-prime mortgages. It is not a mortgage lender. Their interest rates, fees and charges are extortionate. Their telephone agents are aggressive and hostile. I sent them a message explaining why I was unable to make my full payment on time, due to an unexpected home emergency bill. They didn't have the courtesy to reply, and instead sent me one of their aggressive letters threatening legal action. Getting mixed up with this company was the worst mistake of my life, and I have been paying the price for the past 12 years. The fact that they were fined £630,000 for treating customers unfairly says it all.

Avoid!

Avoid!! Avoid!! Avoid!!

If it’s not miscalculating your mortgage interest rate then they look for any opportunity to add fees or products onto your mortgage balance and only notifying you after the fact.
They frequently send out letters that take upwards of 20 days to arrive but ask you to respond within 14 days of the date of that letter or they’ll put charges to your account.
Their complaints process is an utter joke. They’ll tell you they have 14 days to respond, send you a letter 24 days later saying they need more time to ‘investigate’, then around 8 weeks later send out the fob off response you knew you were getting at the start.
Just look at the volume of FSA fines and complaints they’ve received.
