If could give a zero I would. They are unable to provide me with EOB reports for services provided and paid for. Terrible provider network. Majority of site are public assistance clinics. Spent HOURS searching for an in network dentist. Unfortunately this is bundled with my medical plan which is otherwise very good.

Terrible dental insurance provider. I have tried for weeks to find a dentist's office that accepts Dominion National. I finally got a new job with a different insurance provider. Please avoid Dominion by all means possible!

The UHC of dental care. Purchased Choice PPO plan over a year ago. Plan promised to cover fillings 50%, they paid $33 on a $268 filling, due to a loophole that said it only covers cheaper versions of care. In-network dentist they paid out as if out of network. We asked for pre-approval, they waited the maximum number of weeks and then denied pre-approval. Refused to talk with me after I pointed out errors, told me to submit an appeal and wait 180 days for them to process. Altogether we've gotten over $4000 of dollars of work done with in-network dentists that should have been covered 25% to 100% since we're in the second year of service. They've paid out a whopping $262.46 and left us on the hook for thousands.

I experienced numerous technical issues with logging into their website due to some issue with my prior membership with Kaiser Permanente. That one took months to resolve. Another technical issue is related to their autopay system. I enrolled in their autopay system which failed to automatically adjust my monthly premium payments when Dominion raised their rates from one year to the next. Now I've been on hold for 45 minutes waiting to speak with a customer service representative to resolve this issue.
