I don’t like the system at all. It is NOT intuitive and the set up of projects is very difficult. Financial tracking is unduly cumbersome.

Junk! After speaking with a Redteam support representative and being notified by him that he'd pass my issue along to whoever supposedly resolves issues I hear nothing back, nothing. The issue being the inability to input Redteam info into my Droid ph. Probably a common issue. Redteam works like dung, if it works at all.

Good program
RedTeam is a great program to use for construction projects. It helps bring all parties together in one place with Plans & Specs in an online Plan Room. When there is an issue with something or you need to ask for help on how to do something within the program, RT is pretty quick at responding back for the most part. I have four stars because there has been a couple of times where RT wasn't very responsive to my issue and then canceled the help ticket before the issue was resolved.
Totally recomended.
Great software to manage all your projects, integrates all your information, perfect to link with your other softwares. Gives you control, order, cohesion.
In this business and industry it's one of the most versatile and complete software I know.

Every other update completely makes this app unusable and then we have a nice week off of having to use it until you guys fix it again. Stop fixing it.

The default permissions, make the program impossible to use.
The problem of not being able to upload…
The problem of not being able to upload PDF files to invoices was resolved; the process it still a bit slow, but faster than it had been for the past month or so (said uploading of PDF files was getting increasingly laborious).
However, I was able to enter invoices yesterday, so I can keep on keeping on, thank you.
Experiencing continuous issues with Red…
Experiencing continuous issues with Red Team daily reporting feature. Importing jobsite photos from my phone (typically 20-30 photos) usually results in multiple (up to three) daily reports opening for the same day. When deleting the additional, unwanted reports, the photos are removed from the remaining report forcing me to start the whole process all over again. A little frustrating!
