Kevin Anderson was great
Kevin Anderson was great, made following along easy
Does 1/2 of the job (if have 2/3 of expectations)
For a Software that controls cost and the financial aspects of the Project, it does a fair job for how much it costs, even if does not have any graphic output or the ability to evaluate the financial aspects overtime. You will need a separate tool for any forecast study, cash flow analysis and any other more detailed study. Also, the reports it generates are not exactly excel friendly. You will have to work on that too.
Even when this more detailed approach is not considered, the financial area is not the only aspect that should be considered, and most importantly, this is not the only feature that is advertised.
When it comes to design management, submittals, transmittals, RFIs and such, brace yourself for on of the worst templates and procedures available on the market. You need 7 steps to actually submit a shop drawings but you cannot input a simple automatic approval workflow. The tool designed to control and store design issuances and revisions will make you wish you had messenger pigeons doing the job instead.
To end in a slightly higher note, the chat is quite helpful.

It never loads up straight away usually I have to pick a job then leave the page and go back again to be able to open the page .
Could really do with a video Camera setting to take preconstruction videos of each job on each of there pages too. Apart from that it’s great and easy to use .
Very slow and always has problems
Easy to work with
Easy to work with, good for those of us not real computer savvy.
Review of Red Team
This is the type of program that you need to keep working with to get better. I need a tutorial and a quick reference guide.
The glitches and problems with this…
The glitches and problems with this program make it almost impossible to use anymore. The program from what I understand was designed to help streamline companies and this has done nothing but sit Milex construction back. This is very unfortunate and we should look into an alternative management program for our company
Powerful but confusing and not intuitive
The program was confusing to get used to and not very intuitive. Overall it has many great features that i like, but it needs to be more user friendly.
Modern advancement
Great, easy ways to follow and learn with easy to view videos and resources. Puts everything we need in one place to share and work productively as a team in the modern construction field.
It took a little longer than I expected.
Easy to use
Easy to use. Great software to manage and track all construction process from pre construction to it's close out.
Updates
Updates without proper training. Making us un-aware of the changes in advance creates confussion.

I requested my mobile app be corrected. Never completed.
I would not recommend your software
I would not recommend your software to another individual or company looking for construction management software. I see you made changes to the submittal process, but it is still so cumbersome. I don't understand why you choose to have it set up as you do. Why wouldn't/couldn't it be set up as a list by spec section, 1 line per submittal, with columns for what step in the process, Ball in court, date of latest submission/return, revision number and status (approved, AAN Resubmit, AAN No resub, Rejected, etc.), an icon to click to see all underlying doc's, and maybe a column to show if item is open or closed.
Then it would be soooo easy to scroll through and find the submittal item you need or to see how long it has been since you requested a submittal from a vendor or which submittals you are waiting for a response from the EOR, etc.
PO's, RFI's, Changes, etc. could all be listed similarly. That way in a quick glance it is easy to see what is open or closed, who and how long you have been waiting for responses, etc.
What you have is so unwieldy and cumbersome. The only person in our company who defends your software is the person responsible for purchase/installation of RedTeam over competitors.
I'm reasonably sure everyone keeps separate files of project records on their local drives. A major reason is because it's easier for them to find what they need that way. Most put into RedTeam major items to appease the owner's desire to utilize the project management software and that is as far as they learn about or use the software.
So at best RedTeam is a duplication of effort, likely a waste of company time and money and at worst continues a problem where project information that should be available company wide is still locked in individual computers.
Great and frustrating
I want to start by saying I like Redteam, the system was clearly built by someone who understands construction and I appreciate that. Furthermore, the chat box interface was great, very helpful, and the customer service was always very present. However, overall, the site is frustratingly slow and constantly needs reloading. It simply seems that Redteam needs a larger server. Additionally, the mobile site on the iphone is very buggy and sometimes doesn't work at all--it also seemed to get worse after the update.
The lack of customization is also frustrating. It seems to force you to do it a certain way, which most of the time is ok, sometimes its just agonizing. For example, the if there's a mistake in invoicing, all invoices up to the point of the error must be deleted and re-created after the mistake in the invoice prior is corrected. Stuff like that is very annoying.
Thanks for collecting feedback, hope it's helpful.

I think the customer service people are…
I think the customer service people are exceptional and kind and positive. I think this program is too small for a large business. It has great functions for project managers I hear but average or below for accounting/billing capabilities. It is the most lengthy and cumbersome posting process I have ever used and I've been in accounting for over 30 years. Most of the fixes I recommend for efficiency can not be accomplished like correcting layering issues, assigning MI or SI to certain vendors to avoid repeat entries, when someone commits then uncommits to change a job cost it kicks out of posting to QB and i have to re-post the invoice, having to select the scope which is always the same as the job, having to change and commit the tax when it's different than the invoice because it doesn't stick with what is posted, posting the cost more than once for a single line commitment, These are a few of the extra steps that happen with almost every invoice making the job take twice as long as it should. This is the perspective from the billing entry side. I'm sure project managers have a more positive experience.
PDF, EXCEL and Retainage
We are having issues with pdf files and uploading excel files since the latest update. While support did respond in a reasonable manner the response is less than helpful.
WE are now supposed to tell our GC's the problem is with their pdf reader
and second we are now going to have to input manually the excel spreadsheets that used to be a simple upload and we were told there was no fix for that.
Last I still have no response on the issue of retainage and giving us the option of either retainage by line item or retainage by total amountbilled. As a subcontractor this is extremely important.
