Some upgrades are really downgrades
Some upgrades are really downgrades. My first complaint is that when putting in expense authorizations, it takes several attempts because the category keeps going back to "select one", so the item won't take. It's quite frustrating. Deleting invoices has become a nightmare and unresolved transactions cannot be cleared out any longer. This is been a tremendous problem because owners come back and want billings changed or an invoice has been added incorrectly or posted to an incorrect job.

The Software is Ok
The Software is Ok, I lot of accounting details, but veryslow overall, a lot of steps to complete one task which takes longer that working it out in Excel or work document.

Redteam is a great A to Z project…
Redteam is a great A to Z project management tool. Everything is always at my finger tips and i can access it through the internet. This has become especially useful during COVID as we can work from home without skipping a beat.

The website is not very user friendly. Runs slow and occasionally kicks you out. Not consistant with the speed of use. Sometimes we can get alot done other times we spend more time waiting for the program to respond.

Constant problems with pictures and…
Constant problems with pictures and descriptions not being transmitted and saved even tho it says they have been , this is an every day occurrence, if it’s a signal problem it doesn’t fall on Red Team , but it accounts for a lot of time lost and rework.
