Excellent customer service
I had been thinking of travelling with Virgin Voyages again and had been looking for a First Mate who can make it happen for me for days.
Through recommendation I had found Philip/Red Wave Travel and the service is exceptional. Very speedy response and helped me fixed a few issues immediately which would have required me calling up. He also offered very good incentives to book too. Highly recommend!
