What a phenomenal customer service experience from Redwood Outdoors. Initially we were frustrated with our shipping experience, HOWEVER Sarah from Redwood customer service changed everything! She was attentive, helpful and most of all, offered MULTIPLE solutions to our problem! I've been extremely happy with my Redwood Outdoors sauna. The quality exceeded my expectations, especially for the price point. The materials feel solid, the fit and finish are excellent, and the assembly process was straightforward.
The sauna heats up quickly and holds temperature very well. I went with the Harvia 8kw heater, and it has performed flawlessly.
What impressed me most was the overall build quality. The wood is beautiful, the design looks great in the backyard, and it's become one of the most-used features at my house. It's been a great investment for both relaxation and recovery after workouts.
Customer service was also responsive whenever I had questions during the buying process.
If you're considering a Redwood Outdoors sauna, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. I've had a great experience and would absolutely buy it again.

Great Sauna — excellent support
While the delivery of the popular model we purchased took a while, it was worth the wait. As Finns we know saunas — and this is a real one. Whole family is super happy with it.
There was some minor damage from transportation. Their team has been going above and beyond in sending replacement parts with no questions asked. They truly are looking after their customers. Thank you!

Duo sauna and Alaskan cold plunge…
Purchased the sauna and cold plunge kit. Great experience over all. I had several questions leading up to delivery and I got quick and detailed responses. Delivery was great. Assembly of the sauna was quick and easy. The Alaskan cold plunge came already assembled as a whole unit. Directions were very clear. I’ve used both the sauna and cold plunge almost daily. The sauna gets very hot, over 212 so I have it set to a medium setting to keep it between 190 and 200. Cold plunge easily stays at 46. Great products, and great customer service.

Best purchase in a long time…
We couldn't be happier with our Redwood Outdoor sauna. The build was easy, my husband and I did it ourselves and an electrician hooked up the heater. Someone uses it almost every day. Great addition to our wellness routines. We would definitely recommend Redwood to anyone in the market for a sauna.

Repurposed Hot Tub pad for Sauna and Cold Plunge
I ordered a sauna and cold plunge from Redwood Outdoors. The cold plunge was prebuilt and just needed to be moved into location. The sauna was a build, but the instructions were very well done. All materials were precut and fabricated, all perfect making the build out really easy. Once built, it took me a little over a week to get a qualified electrician out to finish the install of the heater and hookup to 220. The overall project came out better than expected! Great product and it looks great in my backyard.

I’ve had my Outdoor cove sauna for a…
I’ve had my Outdoor cove sauna for a month now. Probably one of the best purchases of my life. There were several hiccups trying to order, but Jessica in customer service was super helpful and responded quickly and promptly.
The build was super easy. Hardest part was putting in a level platform/pad. The only downside was the light it comes with, so I bought a cheap outdoor light and it’s been fine.
I use it almost everyday. It takes about an hour to heat up and I’ve gotten close to 210 degrees.
Anyone looking to get a real wooden sauna, this one is ideal.

Pickup availability took a long time
Pickup availability took a long time. Frustrated with the instructions and confusing problems that developed during trouble ticket 1232512, review that and see how much time I spent trying to work through the problems.
The heater is missing screws and that is an ongoing process to try and get the manufacturer to send them out to me.
A fair amount of work locating an outdoor electrical box for the electrician. Feel free to call if you’d like additional information.
Hopefully next week I’ll finally have it up and running. So, yes, I’m frustrated.

It met my expectations! I have been looking at sauna's for many years. Including this company for approximately 2 years just on its own. Every facet from communication, sales, and delivery was amazing. Being a plumber,light electrical contractor made the install a breeze. I knew from the start,in order for this to work in my area,I needed to reverse the door wall. It worked out perfectly.

high quality sauna
high quality materials. came in a wonderful crate to protect everything. very minor imperfections to wood. only complaint is the screws are terrible made in China quality and many of the heads broke off. had to redrill holes and use deck screws that I had on hand. also the instructions could mention one thing better.....you end up with two pieces of spare siding that they ship in case there is damage. it would be good to mention that prior to putting the sauna together as I was saving those particular pieces for the top as they were beautiful and perfect and ended up not being able to use them. other than that great experience.
