Dear all,
I am posting here to share my experience with Reebonz and to create awareness.
Anyone thinking of engaging the service of this company will need to beware. Please think twice especially if you are thinking of consigning your items through Reebonz.
I consigned more than 10 items through Reebonz in September 2020. Many of my consigned items were already sold since mid-October and I was informed that I will receive the payment within 10 working days, however, till now, I have yet to receive a single cent after two months.
I understand the company may need a little more time to process the payment and waited for about a month before I called up to enquire about the payment owed to me. I was told by the customer relationship officer that she will ask the finance department to expedite the payment and will inform me once payment has been made.
I waited again for another three weeks before writing in to ask for an update. I was given the same reply, exactly what I was told on the phone by the customer relationship officer. It seems like all of them are well trained to give the template reply to similar queries. And before I could reply to the email, it was closed automatically and marked as case resolved.
I had to write in again, however I still received the same template reply, “We have sent an expedite note to our Finance Team and we will be updating you when the payments have been completed.”
This was the last straw and I then requested for the payment for my items already sold and wanted all my consigned items back, and this time Reebonz stopped responding; it seems that all my items were ‘confiscated’ rather than ‘consigned’.
This is my first time engaging the service of Reebonz and I regretted it deeply.

Pending payment with no communication
I have read the reviews and had a very similar issue regarding my pending order. I made an order on Black Friday and have had no communication regarding when I will be receiving my order. Payment was taken out of my card at the time of purchase but the status of my order is still pending. Very disappointed as this used to be a very reliable website for me!

For all the similar incidents and reviews by Customers, it came as no surprise that Reebonz is falling and failing the service standards.
With the delays of payments for white glove sold items, it seems weird that Customers have not been receiving any payments back to date. Despite, we have been calling in, writing in, the standard generic replies are always the Finance Department is escalating the case.
Come on!! I working in an MNC Finance Company, what is the hassle to do banking transfer and verification of data entry for bookkeeping payment transactions?
Reebonz surely is facing financial difficulties externally and internal poor management issues.
I believe every customer who has written the feedback and pending payments to date, should write into Media for social awareness on Reebonz.
Totally ridiculous service
Totally ridiculous service! I placed order in early October and from there it said delivery within end of Oct-early November’20. Till today no shipment of order confirmed and Reebonz kept giving excuses that thy have to check with supplier and supplier is re-ordering item. After nearly 3 months Reebonz still “checking” with supplier and no confirmed status??? Do you not have a good relationship with your supplier?? Reebonz is just taking us on a run for our money! Please dont advertise your “Fast Delivery”.

I had made several transactions with Reebonz and they were all pretty smooth and fuss free, until recently. My item was sold for almost 3 months now but I have not received payment from them. The concierge team just keep giving me the same reply everytime, saying they are still following up with their fiance. CAN I SPEAK TO YOUR FINANCE DIRECTLY? The statement of 10 days payment is so untrue! 😏 What can I do now?

Beware — I would give zero stars if I could
I would give zero stars if I could. Beware. This company will take your money immediately and 24 hours later email you that the order cannot be fulfilled and to allow 14-21 working days for a refund. That is what happened to me. Customer service replied to my email complaint with a boiler plate non-responsive email that said the charge was automatic, blamed the merchant who stocked and fulfilled the item, and proceeded to add 7 more business days for the estimated refund time (original email said 14 working days). Then told me to have a great day. I will never purchase from this company again!

I have not being paid for my LV CITY STEAMER bag that was sold 3 months ago, when it should have been 10 days after the bag is sold! Totally non-trustworthy. As a consignor, you have no cost in displaying my bag for sale. And yet don’t pay promptly despite taking as much as 30% commission!

My paid order take more than one month and still on pending even thou I have to reach them asking how long will it take and ended up with no final dates as what their customer service saying is it’s out of stock if so why put it up for consumer to purchase in the first place ??? I have to finally ask for refund since there is no end to the wait and as stated in the refund email I will receive my refund within 14 working days but I have yet to receive the payment so again I have to reach them instead of having any updates from them to chase for my payment and best of all the concierge through WhatsApp reply me saying I have to wait till 30 working days !!! Super irresponsible way of handling and holding my payment for so long and delaying without prior notice !!! Please don’t even due with them as i felt cheated and this is dishonest dealing !! Still waiting for my payment and hope this message reaches to all to reconsider before your purchase to avoid such disappointment!

I have always deal with white glove and it had always provide me very good services until recently.
I am extremely disappointed it take so long for me to receive a payout. A month till now I have yet to receive.
Reason given to me keep apologizing and say Finance not yet to respond to their chaser...I am so shock if such a bad finance support then they should get better person to do the job or is there a bigger internal issue that we are not aware of .
Honestly I do not think I will deal with them anymore.

If I could give no stars I would. These people are nothing but fraudsters. They advertise goods on there website by so called boutiques, I pay for the goods hear nothing for 5 days, chase the order up and another 3/4 days pass still nothing.
I get back in touch to cancel the order which is approved and 15 days later still waiting for a refund and raised a claim with my credit card company. Meanwhile i checked on the boutiques own website who were advertising the goods for sale on the Reebonz platform and the goods were totally sold out. Avoid this site at all costs.

How I wish I can give zero stars. Terrible service by their white glove. They take so long to process payments for the consignments. The website promise 10 payments within 10 business days after the buyer protection period has passed. After 10 days still no news. Called the customer service officer and they say will take another 10 days. Seriously if you cannot keep to the 10 business days, you should just change your policy.
It’s not the first time happening by the way. Few months ago they also claim a lot of transactions to do. Now also. If your accounts receivable can process all receipts efficiently and your accounts payable cannot function efficiently as well, perhaps you should transfer the manpower.
Extremely low Sell Service
Recently i wanted to downsize my handbag collection. Interested to see what Reebonz will offer my excellent condition bag they returned an offer not long after with an approx 20% offer to the original purchase price.
I listed the same item on FB marketplace and sold it for 30% more than their offer.
Also another downside is that they offer the Sell service with credits meaning you need to spend on their site and it also has a 12 month expiry!!! I do not recommend

They sold me a fake Louis Vuitton Malle bag. I spent thousands on it, and it's FAKE! I went to an official Louis Vuitton store to get it verified and the saleswoman knew right away that it was not authentic. Very disappointing. Shame on Reebonz, shame on Reebonz! I will never purchase from this company again, and, if I could, I would give 0 stars! Please save your hard earned cash and save the headache of wasting your money on counterfeit goods they claim are authentic. If the deal seems too good to be true, it is!

Dishonest Reebonz
Reebonz is very dishonest in their dealings.
I wanted to buy a Bvlgari bracelet and had negotiated with Reebonz 3 times for a discounted price.
I then purchased the item on that agreed price.
However, after 4 to 5 days, I realized the item was sold off without my knowledge. They did not even bother to inform me that the item was sold.
This is so ridiculous. I have already paid for the item and yet it was still sold off!!!
How can it be possible that they need 4 to 5 days just to check and realized that the item was no more available?
My suspicion is that during the 4 to 5 days period, someone must have offered a higher price and they had sold it off to that person even though I had already paid in full for the item.
I have raised a complaint to CASE and am now waiting for CASE to handle the matter.
