Very bad experience

Very bad experience. Took more than 2 weeks and until today not only still haven't get the handbag that i ordered since 1st June, my credit card was double charged twice and they still haven't refund payment to me. Getting worried now whether this website is legitimate and definitely no more next time. Pray hard that i will get refund and my handbag

Frauds

If I could give zero stars I would. Purchased a bag from them off eBay. It arrived not as described so I proceeded with a return. They were unresponsive so I had to open a case against them. They finally agreed to a return and provided me a return shipping label via FedEx. I dropped the bag off and they refunded my money for the bag once it was received. Here we are 2 months later and I received a $440.00 bill from FedEx. Apparently once they received the bag back, they called FedEx and changed billing to sender. I technically became the sender when they provided me with a shipping label. In addition according to FedEx, they have a large outstanding balance and have since deleted their entire account. Because FedEx can’t reach them they are now coming after all of us customers who had returns for the money owed to them. I have tried to reach them via eBay and email with no response. This is fraudulent and all should be aware.

I have ordered bags from Reebonz since…

I have ordered bags from Reebonz since 2016. The delivery is always fast (3-5 days.) Packaging is great!!! Lately however, I have noticed that prices for pre loved bags cost more than the retail price which I don't really understand.

They were super quick

They were super quick! I ordered Sunday evening and received it Wednesday at noon! And I live in Switzerland! Bag looks amazing and as described. It was nicely packed and the belt inside wrapped.

I was a bit apprehensive

I was a bit apprehensive. There was a double authentication and a phone call to the bank - I called Rebonz in Singapore for information and follow up on my order. They answered the call quickly and when I called back the same guy answered. My purchase came in half the time. I would definitely use them again.

Over priced now I no longer buy from them

I used to enjoy buying from Reebonz but now I found there prices has sky rocketed and you can actually buy them for a better price through the brands website
I can’t understand why the prices are so much more
Sadly I haven’t bought again it’s not worth it if you like something just check because 9 times out of 10 you can get it cheaper elsewhere

Rip off merchants

I used to buy a lot of stuff from Reebonz especially new handbags. I would tell my friends how great the app is & have given great reviews in the past but now I don’t bother anymore as they have totally lost their way!!! They are RIP OFF MERCHANTS!!!! Firstly they think their customers are morons as they charge inflated prices for used handbags on obviously European & Korean merchandise. They lead you to believe they’re giving you a 18% discount but when you take it off the final price you think hang on that’s not right, I could buy a new handbag for that price! I’d rather go with My Theresa, or Far Fetch. I’ve had a $70 credit now on my account which I’ve tried to use but with the overinflated prices particularly on USED products I’d rather lose it than be ripped a good one by Reebonz! You’ve

Horrible shopping experience.

The product I received is not as described and has scratch as well. More the return process is really hard to follow and it took me 6 days to find out that easier way is to bring it back to the shop.
