My item should be delivered today which is the 7th business day however still awaiting clearance from customs and requires commercial invoice. I have been trying to communicate with Reebonz through whatsapp and email but no response. I even called Fedex and they advised no one from Reebonz contacted them. I do not understand why there is no landline to contact them.
Please let me know when I will receive my purchase.

I have bought a new , last season YSL bag from Reebonz and then I noticed that they sold it to me 1000 dollar more expensive than the YSL website!!! their prices are much higher than everywhere else like Net A Porter , Farfetch, Yoox, Saks Fifth Avenue, .... in new products and much more expensive than second hand websites like Yoogis Closet!!!!
Dont trust their prices and always check every where else.

I bought a bag from Reebonz last…
I bought a bag from Reebonz last Saturday but never got an update on shipping information. When I emailed them to check today, they said the bag is faulty and sent me pictures to see whether I can accept the condition. First of all I really don’t know why they put the bag online to start with if it’s faulty. Secondly, why for the whole week nobody contacted me at all? I had to chase where my order is. When I said I cannot accept this bag, they said the refund will take up to 14-21 days. Isn’t this ridiculous??? I don’t recommend Reebonz after this experience.

Disappointed ☹️
This was the second time I’ve bought from Reebonz and it took nearly two weeks to have my item shipped and only after I had contacted customer service was it shipped but I had to contact them twice as the first time I emailed I had no response. Wasn’t given a tracking number until about 3 days after I had finally received my purchase. Really wasn’t happy at all with the service this time around. Considering the wonderful service I got the first time it was really disappointing.

Faulty shoes
The shoes I bought were faulty as the plastic heels immediately started to disintegrate the first time I wore them. It was very disappointing.
However the after sales service was good with clear steps about how to return them.

The Gucci wallet was peeling off and still is when you touch it (the outside )it was only supposed to be a little lift off I can’t even use it otherwise the whole wallet will just peel off on the outside

No show courier
Signed up for consignment with reebonz and was told the courier was picking up my bag from 10-5. I whatsapped reebonz asking if it was safe to leave my package outside and let the courier to pick up the parcel as i had to go run errands. They replied it wouldn't be safe to leave it outside so i stayed home an entire day waiting for the courier and instead it was a no show... Have not received any follow up email or message about this. Wasted an entire day on this!!
