Return Items Policy
Measurements of sizes varies on different brand & shapes particularly in shoes. Now that Reebonz has changed its policy on return items it makes me feel reluctant to purchase with Reebonz. It is understandable due to cost factor. However, if the items received were faulty/damaged or the security strap was placed around the shoes that it would be impossible to try without ripping the security tag then return freight cost should be waived. On both occasions it happened to me and I have shouldered the cost.
