Didn't receive the item
I give one star because the last experience with Reebonz was not pleasant due to the delivery carrier that Reebonz used. I didn't receive the item. I tried to call many times for days to arrange alternative way to get the item and was told the item will be returned back to warehouse.

Outstanding experience. I purchased a Gucci Boston Joy bag, in incredible condition for the price. It came with a Reebonz authenticity card and in the original dustbag. The complimentary packaging and shipping were top class. I would purchase from Reebonz again in a heartbeat.

I have been shopping with Reebonz for about 5 years now and I feel the variety is not as good as it used to be. What is fund particularly disappointing is a majority of the handbags I wish to buy are not available for lay-bys . Considering your prices are more expensive than the store the layby facility is very attractive even if I do pay more for it . I also believe that I have a credit history with layby payments for all the years I have been a customer and have never once defaulted or been late. I feel this should count for something.

Reebonz deliberately delay paying me for bag sold on consignment
Used their white glove service that sell bags on consignment. They never told me the bag got sold until I told them I can't find the hyperlink of my listing. Then they never told me I should request for payment from their online portal until I followed up. After submitting my payment request, it has now been 10 days I still haven't received my payment. I have emailed them every other day, they just kept telling me I can rest assured I will be paid. There is no contact phone number for customers to call. In my email requests, I asked for a manager to give me a call but the staff who replied my email simply just ignored my request.

Staff are not very organised, not helpful or polite. I wanted to drop off the item for return via the store to the warehouse, and the staff repeatedly insisted that I needed to wait for an email as my return order number was not in the system (yet I had the email confirming the return has been accepted). After I frustratingly explained the process they went to the back storeroom and came out and processed it, while the person in charge was wrapping a package and occasionally making comments to the staff about what they should do (instead of assisting me).

Avoid!!! Terrible experience
Terrible experience from the start! First time consigning an item with Reebonz, and definitely will be the last. The 2 people at the the George St store were not very welcoming and rude - they just took my bag, put a tag on it and gave me a piece of paper - then told me someone will be in touch. I had to follow up several times before the WGS got back to me. Then I got an email stating a credit has been applied to my account, after follow up as the credit was NOT in my account, I got another email saying it was a mistake sending me the email advising of credit. Fine! The website states that the bag will be listed online within 1 business days of me accepting the offer - when I followed up again, WGS advised it was a 2-4 weeks lead time to get the item listed. It took over 20 days to list my bag after I accepted their offer.
