I used Reeds Rains initially to manage a rental and then to sell the property. I highly recommend them. They are professional but welcoming, nothing is ever too much. They always kept me in the loop, even during a difficult sale, going out of there way to keep me up to date with everything. I’d like to thank Adele in particular.

We can highly recommend Reed Rains Kennington to sell your property. It was a difficult decision to sell my mother’s house, and they supported us throughout. They kept us informed at every stage of the process and gave good advice when needed.

Reeds rain.. cowboy company that cannot be trusted. Very quick to make things happen when it suits them yet takes incredible amount of time getting through and dealing with issues. One thing after another.. blame landlord or blame letting agency for being slow? Boiler been out several months, once it was ‘fixed’ after returning 3 times to resolve the issue it then turned into a fire hazard and the best they can do is constantly delay it and avoid the matter. Everyday since I have moved into this apartment has caused me nothing but problems, problems they should’ve dealt with prior to moving in.. forcing me to deal with it and go out my way costing me my time, job and peace. Would not recommend. Lucky I still have a roof over my head for 2 stars.

Property well presented when advertised. Lots of viewings organised. Had two failed offers, for genuine reasons, but final and successful offer pushed through relatively quickly. Thanks to staff, particularly Andrea, Abbie and Sue, keeping us well informed at all times. Finally I think RR commissions compare well to competition.

I moved out a property managed by the Catford branch 5 months ago and they are refusing to pay back my deposit. The amount is not disputed by either party. My tenancy ended in January and I gave them the required 1 month notice that I would not be renewing the contract and gave them the new tenants details. They say they cannot release my deposit until the new contract is signed. However, they have taken half a year(!) to do the required checks (PAT, fire etc) before they will release a contract. Communication has been awful, bounced around people and branches with no taking responsibility to resolve this. Often I was gave the wrong information or told I would be called back and never was, multiple emails ignored. I have now been through three stages of the complaint procedure with still no resolution so I've raised it with the Property Ombudsman. DO NOT USE THESE LETTING AGENTS IF YOU ARE A TENANT. No one at the company cares about your rights.
