I am loving Reedsy so far! The studio is by far one of the absolute best processors that I have used in my many years of writing.
It helps me to keep my work organized with the plot tiles, while offering the security of being cloud backed up. I can access it across multiple devices without even a hitch! I'm so excited to be using this studio, and I can't wait to see what other features will come!

As a first-time author, having an intuitive platform that blends education with several practical tools needed at every stage of the writing process has been a god-send. This has made the writing journey so much more enjoyable because I don't have to start from square one when trying to figure things out. I am officially a fan :)

Reedsy is Tops! I would add more stars if I could

There are many marketplaces for freelance publishing services, but none come close to Reedsy. Everyone you work with is a genuine expert, with real experience in the publishing industry and reviews to back it up.

I found an amazing editor on this site. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a professional to work with on your manuscript.

I am a complete beginner at self publishing and very nervous about being ripped off as well as not having a clue what I was doing. I was delighted with the process at Reedsy - very clear instructions, very businesslike, a lot of fantastic choice and, once I had made that choice, I worked with a brilliant designer who was professional and creative and produced a book cover that was everythign I hoped for. The Reedsy interface and system for payment etc., was super easy. I thoroughly recommend.

2 years ago I realized my need for a professional editor. Using Marketplace, I sifted through profiles of editors that let me, at a glance, see a photo, a brief biography, their location, and number of reviews. That way I could narrow my search. The editor I chose has been wonderful, supportive, and detail-oriented. She offered an editorial assessment, and both developmental and copy edits that have proven salient in setting the pace and flow of the novel.

As I move onto the next phase, (i.e., proofreading) I am going though the same process. It's helpful.

Recently I have used Reedsy Studio to paste the manuscript into. For those writers that need goals and reminders as well as assistance with organizing their work, it looks comprehensive but that is not how I've used it.

Whenever I've had a question (some of which had answers already available in their list of articles), I have sent the questions and received personal supportive replies, generally the same day.

When I tried to insert sections (as in Part I, II, and III) the process of dragging and dropping over 40 chapters under each part became super tedious. When I emailed the support staff of this, I was advised that this would be taken into consideration.

So far my experience with locating and editor and Reedsy Studio have been great.

I’m planning to release my debut novel this summer, and I LOVE how easy they made the process for authors to write their manuscript in the Studio app and find people to help polish the vision. Thank you Reedsy.

The opportunity to write a book using my smart phone is an amazing one for me as this has made writing very convinient and easy.

This is the only one of its kind that I know of that makes the book format process seem worth the effort. The studio section took some time to figure out .I definitely had a few questions for chat GPT.But the text pages and the illustrations went together nicely.The other thing that i was impressed by is the border of white that they put around the illustration.that way they are accepted by the online bookstores.because they are safely in the format edges.

It was so easy to find exactly what I was looking for on Reedsy! I was able to filter to find someone with expertise in the genre I was writing, and she has been a fantastic editor, really helping me to better structure my story and find my style. I would definitely recommend Reedsy if you need help editing or just a second set of eyes on your book.

This was my first experience with Reedsy so I was a little anxious about it.
I didn't need to be.
Once I'd signed up, finding an editor suitable for my work was incredibly easy. The process was straightforward and the communication from both Reedsy and the editor was excellent.
Throughout the process the editor updated me frequently which gave me huge reassurance.
The editor I chose was so good that I won't be looking for anyone else but I will continue to use Reedsy as there are other avenues I may explore.
I would recommend anyone to use Reedsy. It's made my life so much easier!

I enjoy using this app so much. it allows me to see exactly how far I am in my story and how long it takes to achieve my goals. I started on google docs but it didn't allow me to really understand and see my progress. Reedsy allows me to do that and much more.
