I entered a promotion because it was advertised as a chance to win a 4WD vehicle. Like many other customers, I paid higher prices for the dog treats and also paid extra for additional raffle entries. Later, the promotion was cancelled and replaced with a much smaller $3,500 prize pool.
Customers were offered a complimentary bag of treats as compensation, but I never received one. I also never saw any public announcement of the winner(s) of the replacement giveaway, which makes me question whether the draw actually took place.
There was no refund or reimbursement offered for the extra raffle tickets purchased under the original promotion terms. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing.

Paid the inflated prices for the donation dog treats as I don’t have any dogs of my own to enter into the draw for the cars they were advertising as prizes.
Only for them to send out some message about being hacked and no longer offering the cars as prizes instead offering a very small dollar prize value in comparison.

Quite disappointing really, then you check the site now and the cars are gone now and the treats are half the price

Cancelled car giveaway doesn't seem right after using it as a promotion

Cancelled car giveaway and offered a $1,000 first prize in its place. Far from impressed.

Delivery was very quick, and treats were exactly as described. Walter loved them and so did his friend, Biscuit. Can recommend these treats.

My dog loves the Barra bites however, the condition that the dried fillets arrived in was disappointing Australia Post obviously were none to gentle handling them and the packet consisted of the skins and lots of fragmented pieces of the barra meat. Maybe you need to package the pieces in a more substantial box rather than the plastic pouch. :)

I’ve given 4 stars because there was a big delay in sending the products but we were kept up to date. I would give 5 stars for the products.
All natural and the dogs go crazy for them!

My girl absolutely loves the shark cartilage. I wasn't sure she would but how wrong i was. I'll definitely be getting more for her when I can afford to.

We love the Reef Treats our dogs go nuts for them. I feel good knowing they are all natural and love that we are supporting the Reef Addicts and Tyro. Reef treats are a winner in our household.

My dogs are in love with the Reef Treats Shark Treats and the Sardine snacks. Best natural treats available on the market. 100% Aussie Bulldog tried and tested.
