At rhis stage my 2 have loved and nearly finished the bag of pilchards but havent been that fussed on the shark cartilage which i find strange as i brought a bag in SA a few years back and they loved, maybe they just love the fish more... i will persist.

The dogs destroyed them, lol. Absolutely loved them and my 12 year old with arthritis has quit limping. Going to order more. Love watching you guys fish too. Your pup reminds me of my old border collie

Late delivery and smell extensive even before you open the bag.
Late delivery, The bag is not sealed well enough that it stinks the house out if you don't place it in another container.

Looking at the tracking on this order, you paid at 7:20pm on December 22nd, it was dispatched immediately on the 23rd December, Australia Post scanned it on Dec 24, with delivery completed on Dec 30. With the Christmas public holidays in between, this sits within normal carrier timeframes.
Regarding the smell our products are made from 100% real seafood with no fillers or artificial masking agents. Because of that, a noticeable aroma is completely normal and is often a sign of the product’s freshness and authenticity.
That said, we always want our customers to feel confident in what they receive. If you believe the packaging seal was faulty in any way, please reach out to our support team with photos and we’ll happily review it for you.

Our puppy dog Shadow loves her Sardine treats. We initially thought ordering this option would mean our cupboard would stink of fish but the only time you smell the treats is when you open the bag. Shadow is super keen in the morning. Tyro’s reef treats are awesome 🤩
