I have waited for well over a year and a half for my order but I have faith in Catherine. Her communication is prompt and not one time has she ever talked down or disparaged me. I get that she is one person army doing all that she can but her communication is what separates her from others. She continues to post updates for people on her instagram about breaks she has to take which is nice because we are all updated about delays. I will change my rating to five stars when I get my order for sure but I just wanted to make an appreciation post about her commitment to customer service.

I have brought a Yoda and all 4 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Masks. They take awhile to arrive due to being hand made but worth the wait.
Catherine has always replied to any questions I had about the products and the timeline with the batch number system.
The quality is amazing! Yoda gets so much attention at comic cons.

I received a Raphael head sculpt and it is amazing! Was a little worried it might not look as good as what is pictured but was pleasantly surprised that sculpt and paint job look great! Order was delayed from initially estimated date but did receive and it was worth the wait! Thanks again!

Reeltimecreature shop does some of the top of the line props and masks. I got the Yoda and is spot on to the movie. Ordering the turtle masks next. These items take time and sometimes life happens to a single person operation. While some timelines are longer than expected they keep you in the loop. Worth the wait!

Bad business I paid for the suite and almost a year later no response back until I finally hit from another account to act like I’m placing an order and finally got a response. If you accept people money please be responsive. Also why take new money when you’re backed up at bare minimum a year. This is ridiculous.

Do not trust her time frames. 6 month estimate has taken over 14 months coming up on 15 and I continue to get my order pushed back.

Amazing work! The mask she made me might as well have been in the 1990s TMNT films, great materials and authentic vibes, can't wait to wear it for Halloween

I ordered 4 turtles masks, hands, arms, and legs. Reeltime did an amazing job! While they don’t currently make the whole suit or shell, I easily purchased a trench coat to do the undercover turtle look when I cosplay or use for Halloween events. As someone who likes to get orders delivered the next day, this took a lot of patience on my part due to the long list of orders that were put in before mine. After a few months, I received everything I wanted and the shipping was fast! Reeltime was very upfront about the wait time as they make everything by hand. I even received updates by messages, photos, and videos of the progress as the parts were being created. These are so worth the wait and money! We’ve already used them with some local toy stores and arcades to do social media promo posts for them! Her tmnt masks are insanely accurate to the movie. I bought as a gift but now
I need my own! I’m amazed at the craftsmanship. Definitely worth the wait

My partner gave me the Raphael mask, which is the display version.
I am just in shock in the detail and how amazing it is.
My partner told me about her experience with the whole ordering the item. That it did take a long time to make. Around 9 months, delivery to the U.K. was quick, but had a bit of late experience from Evri. And communication was a bit slow in the emails.
But since getting it, I have been interested in REEL TIME CREATURE SHOP.
And I will say, I am interested in getting the rest of the turtles. But could I wait that long, I am unsure.
The display versions should be cheaper than the cosplay versions. There are fewer components involved in the production process. Or at least a discount code, so I could get the rest, :) hint!
Please tell me you are not giving up making these anytime soon. Because I need to get all four.

But overall, the quality is just outstanding. I mean, bravo to the lady making all these stressful products.

Amazing craftmanship. You won’t find a more accurate movie replica out there. Whether it’s to wear or to display (can be customised if display only) you won’t be disappointed. Your patience will be rewarded with a piece that really gets the room talking.

This is the only person I found and know that is worth buying a legit ninja turtle helmet that looks just like the movies you just need to be patient and keep in mind that it is hand crafted and your not the only client but when you get your product it’s way more worth the wait I plan on buying the other 3 v2 helmets and then get a full suit I love my Donny helmet so much thank you

What an absolute delight! Not to mention that photos don’t do these TMNT heads justice. As the biggest TMNT collector in my country, from the moment I learned about these heads it took only about five minutes before I had already paid for the pre-order. The way ReeltimeCreatureshop captured the soul of each of the four Turtle brothers from the 1990 movie is amazing.

I read some comments by other customers saying to just be patient as these are hand made, and so I knew I had a few months ahead of me to look forward. As the time drew near, the customer service and communication was excellent.

All this being said, I was unprepared for what awaited me in the box when my package finally arrived… The moment when I opened the box and laid eyes on the Michelangelo head “Holy sh**!” spontaneously blurted through my lips. These ARE the turtles from my childhood! The artistry and heart that went into creating the individual nuances of each brother is tangible from every angle, not to mention the absolute quality of material, paint apps and soft goods.

I never write reviews but had to share this time because I wish for more people to not only own such beautiful pop art, but to also experience the flood of joy and childlike fascination Reeltimecreatureshop’s creations bring to people’s lives.

I bring the mask to kevin eastman at the paris comic con , he was like impress and ask a million question about it !!!

The quality of the mask is brutal. The perfect delivery time. There were problems in the delivery and he helped me at all times !! I advise buying 100 % !!!!

Hands down, the best TMNT replica mask on the market. It's well constructed, well painted, and has mechanisms in the mask so that you can move its mouth. I have a Leonardo mask and absolutely love it.

What makes the Reeltime masks stand out above others in the market is that it has a lot of personality to it; the characters look alive instead of looking like a souless puppet.

Of course, keep in mind that this is a made-to-order item, made by a single individual (or at most a small team), and your mask will take time to be completed. I waited for about a year for mine to arrive, which is a bit longer than the original estimate of a few months during my initial quote. However, once it arrived I forgot about the wait; good things take time.

Communication with Catherine was great. She responded very kindly and promptly every time I asked for an update, even though I knew she must have been really stressed out. Please be patient and kind with her, she's doing amazing work for a lot of people.

I ordered a Mikey mask for my husband’s 40th birthday. I was so happy to see the joy in his eyes when he opened that box and saw Michelangelo staring back at him……it was worth the wait! Catherine was great with getting back to me and putting up with my emails, making sure the mask arrived by his birthday. When ordering, be patient. It’s worth the wait and you will wait. The moulds are hand made, each one is hand painted, it’s art. It will take time. Thank you so much for making his day!!

What an amazing most detailed mask I received from Reeltime. Dear god it’s a beautiful work of art! I ordered the Leonardo ninja turtle detailed mask from the first 1990 film. It’s unreal, it looks as if it was taken directly from the Jim Henson Creature Shop. Hands down one of the best prop/mask displays I have in my office. It’s an eye catcher and a conversation starter. Catherine from Reeltime was top notch with communications and updates. Very nice and honest individual. The only thing worth noting is that your order may take awhile. I believe Catherine runs a small operations, and these ninja turtles masks are in high demand. So the company may be backlogged with work, but I assure you, Reeltime will deliver! I can’t tell you all how much I love this New addition to my collection.
