Hands down, the best TMNT replica mask on the market. It's well constructed, well painted, and has mechanisms in the mask so that you can move its mouth. I have a Leonardo mask and absolutely love it.

What makes the Reeltime masks stand out above others in the market is that it has a lot of personality to it; the characters look alive instead of looking like a souless puppet.

Of course, keep in mind that this is a made-to-order item, made by a single individual (or at most a small team), and your mask will take time to be completed. I waited for about a year for mine to arrive, which is a bit longer than the original estimate of a few months during my initial quote. However, once it arrived I forgot about the wait; good things take time.

Communication with Catherine was great. She responded very kindly and promptly every time I asked for an update, even though I knew she must have been really stressed out. Please be patient and kind with her, she's doing amazing work for a lot of people.

I ordered a Mikey mask for my husband’s 40th birthday. I was so happy to see the joy in his eyes when he opened that box and saw Michelangelo staring back at him……it was worth the wait! Catherine was great with getting back to me and putting up with my emails, making sure the mask arrived by his birthday. When ordering, be patient. It’s worth the wait and you will wait. The moulds are hand made, each one is hand painted, it’s art. It will take time. Thank you so much for making his day!!

What an amazing most detailed mask I received from Reeltime. Dear god it’s a beautiful work of art! I ordered the Leonardo ninja turtle detailed mask from the first 1990 film. It’s unreal, it looks as if it was taken directly from the Jim Henson Creature Shop. Hands down one of the best prop/mask displays I have in my office. It’s an eye catcher and a conversation starter. Catherine from Reeltime was top notch with communications and updates. Very nice and honest individual. The only thing worth noting is that your order may take awhile. I believe Catherine runs a small operations, and these ninja turtles masks are in high demand. So the company may be backlogged with work, but I assure you, Reeltime will deliver! I can’t tell you all how much I love this New addition to my collection.

As a lifelong fan of TMNT I recently purchased a Raphael mask from them and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail is superb. It literally looks like the movie. It was definitely worth the wait. Will be buying more from them

I can’t say enough amazing things about ReelTime! You’re not only getting an UNREAL piece of art, you’re also getting a MEGA piece of reality from your childhood! My Mikey V2 mask blew me away! From all the little details to the craftsmanship, you can tell that so much passion is being put into these masks and suits! Fine art takes time and I was more than happy to wait 8 weeks for my mask. It now sits happily on the middle shelf of my TMNT display case!
I see a lot of negative comments about Reeltime but I will always stand by them and will forever say that they are the best around. You won’t find anything that will even come close to the realism of their work…I KNOW because I’ve searched years and years for the best out there. So thank you Reeltime for your hard work and craft! Took a while to arrive but boy oh boy was it worth the wait! The craftsmanship is outstanding, the attention to detail is something I've never seen in any of the competition before, and I own a few! For any serious turtle fan and collector, this is an absolute must! You'll never get closer to the real thing, it's like they're taken straight from the films. Communication was perfect, I was kept in the loop throughout the entire time, and Catherine has been very kind to answer all of my questions swiftly and attentively, which I appreciate seeing how they must be absolutely swamped! I honestly feel that any bad review is either from the jealous competition, or some bitter customers who don't understand how much work goes into custom hand made stuff. But then you'll always get those types of customers, take it from someone working as a freelance artist myself who has had to deal with some very unpleasant people no matter what I did to try and please them.
I for one rate these guys as the top of the top in the turtle game. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Worst customer service Ive experienced in my life. after 10 weeks I recieved a package thinking this was what Ive been waiting for, only to see its just the mask. I ordered and payed for the full suit. Here we are 9 months down the line and not a single more thing has been delievered. I cant even get an ETA, or return the mask to get my money back.. this is ridiculous.
I bought the suit for a film project and have no use for parts of a suit.
They are using photoshopped images to give off the impression that they are producing full suit when they are not.
My bank reserached and found it to be a company in Watford, but they wrote a complete different address on my invoice.
After speaking to Etsy´s customer service I found out that they have been terminated from the platform for safety reasons. Be aware.

A childhood dream came true. The eyes are resin, the skin detail is incredible as is the paint app, the bandana is real fabric, and the overall sculpt is spot on. Absolutely astounding craftsmanship! Well worth the wait, this is true artistry and sometimes art takes a while to make so guys, be patient I know it sucks but this is such a rare find and they said they won't be making them for much longer. I'm actually pretty sure that these are made by 1, maybe 2 people on their team so a very small workforce and I know from personal experience with prop making how much work goes into making stuff and how much time it takes, especially if it's done with such care for detail, accuracy and quality. Bottom line, worth the wait, cheap price for high quality, absolutely amazing and most movie accurate turtle replica you can get, without a doubt.
