Always a wonderful experience shopping here. A great range of kpop stuff at really reasonable prices. They’re always quick and friendly with their responses, which hasn’t been my experience everywhere so I really appreciate this.

found this store unexpectedly on instagram when they had some D-Day goodies i was searching for and immediately bought it,,, never thought they would arrive so fast!!! 4 days from a country to another !!! was so surprised but also sososo satisfied, perfectly protected, very good state and Rhi was sooo lovely when i informed them i got my package!! love their energy, loved the little goodies, i am so happy i found them!! might shop again!

I first discovered Reepop at the kpop market that was held in Dublin last year - the staff at the booth were very friendly and easy to talk too.

Their website offers a variety of merch and albums from your favourite groups and soloists - It's very difficult as an Irish kpop fan to purchase merch/albums online without being hit with import fees - Reepop's prices and postage fees are decent in comparison.

I have purchased from them twice now and have been mostly satisfied - Unfortunately my most recent order came slightly damaged - the postal service in Ireland are not known for being delicate with packages - When it arrived the parcel looked as if it had been tossed around and squished - I think this issue could be solved by having more padding within parcels (extra bubble wrap layer, extra cardboard, etc) to give more security to items - If this cost extra I wouldnt mind paying for it.

Reepop do ask that customers record themselves opening packages in case something was left out of the order or if it is damaged - I did not record my self unboxing the order before breaking the sticker seal so I can't ask for a replacement - That's my fault honestly and I will know for next time.

Overall good service and I will continue to purchase from them in the future.

I would highly recommend Reepop for any purchases in respect of kpop and so in. Rhi is amazing, and well able to obtain any goods that people want. I am so happy I got to order my good from Reepop. And I will definitely be ordering more from them in the future. They are really amazing! Thank you so much!

When I reached out a while ago about whether or not an album would be back in stock soon, Rhi answered super quickly and was very nice and helpful. The orders come with freebies and I even got some stickers of my bias XD
The prices at reepop are wayy better than anywhere else that sells Kpop albums in Ireland, and the shipping price is fair. On my first order shipping took a while but on my second order it was soo fast like next day delivery after getting the shipped email.
I’d say it prob depends on where u live but I was super surprised when it arrived so quickly lol
If ur looking for a good place to buy Kpop stuff especially as an Irish person make sure u shop at reepop bc they are so cool I love them <3

Reepop going above and beyond yet again to get special items!! A true retailer that listens to customers and gives their 110%.

I really like using this shop and will do so again. iIunderstand it is not always possible, but I did prefer a Felix postcard version and it even was on the order form that came with it that it would be a Felix one but it wasn't when I received it. I am still happy with my purchase. I'd just recommend not putting it on the order form if it isn't possible to get a certain member.

Great experience, my go to for kpop in Ireland. Website is easy to use. The albums come well packaged and are delivered quickly, even early for some preorders. So nice to deal with if you have special requests and always give updates. I cannot recommend Reepop highly enough!

I’ve bought from Reepop and was introduced to them at the first Kpop market in Dublin! I think they make it seem so easy and that’s why is not hard at all to come and purchase from them again and again! If you want good quality, original merch and albums, amazing customer service and just the greatest service ever, buy from them! This was also the only place that I had seen in Europe selling signed albums from various bands, which is not something you will get to experience anywhere else( and the prices were than fair and affordable- in my opinion)! Thank you Rhi for always keeping an eye out and delivering all my special requests 💜🫶🏼🫰🏼 I would give this a 1 million plus stars but I can only give 5🖤🫶🏼🫰🏼
