I only wanted to try the introductory offer on July 6/26 to try the Reface app for $8.39. I did not sign up for a weekly subscription for $20.99. I tried to get a refund on the second charge of $20.99 unsuccessfully. I was successful cancelling the subscription and follow up have been very good. I’d be happier if I had got a refund… I don’t know any other company that charges 20.00 per week?!?

Zero hassle, great service
When I was through with my app, I decided I no longer needed the subscription. The app really is amazing and I’ve recommended it to a few friends. I emailed the request to cancel the subscription and Jake responded with kind words and told me he manually cancelled it for me. Zero hassle. You guys really know how to show true customer service. I wanted to like this app
I wanted to like this app, and the 1st day was great . Be ready to copy and paste the password daily. But mine wouldn't work the 2nd, 3rd, 4th days. So I had to cancel. They tried troubleshooting, but ultimately I chose to cancel. Great app if you can sign in. Great customer support though.
